Direct Carrier Billing (App Store and Apple Music) Terms & Conditions:
  • Direct Carrier Billing Services is a Value Added Service for designated personal customers of csl service plans (Except Tertiary Student U-Plan and pre-paid card) (“Service”).
  • The Service is only available with compatible devices.
  • All App Store, Apple Music, iTunes and iCloud purchases are made at Apple Inc. (“Apple”) Prevailing App Store, Apple Music, iTunes and iCloud. Terms & Conditions apply.
  • The Service can be used to settle payment for purchases made at App Store, Apple Music, iTunes and iCloud (“Purchases”). Purchase amounts will be charged to your csl monthly bill.
  • The Service is subject to a monthly limit in any calendar month for each service plan (which is to be shared by all Direct Carrier Billing Services ) as below:

  • *Customer can check the latest spending limit via the csl app (Effective from 15th Sep, 2021)
  • Customer may apply to us for review of the limit by calling our service hotline (2512 3123). The decision of CSL on the spending limit is final.
  • If a customer’s purchase amount exceeds the monthly limit, Service will be suspended until next calendar month.
  • Any download of content from App Store and iTunes and use of the service will incur data charges at the prevailing rate, or mobile data consumed will be deducted from subscription plan entitlements, and charged at the prevailing rate thereafter. Standard roaming data charges apply while using the Service and App Store , iTunes, iCloud and Apple Music outside Hong Kong.
  • CSL is not liable to the customers for the Purchases, any refund request must follow Apple’s refund policy. For assistant, please call Hong Kong Apple Care Hotline (852) 2112 0099 or visit http://getsupport.apple.com.
  • The customer agrees to be bound by Apple’s Terms of Service.•Any Clubpoints earned by using the Service is subject to Terms & Conditions as dictated by Club HKT Limited, available at https://www.theclub.com.hk/tnc.
  • CSL reserves the right to change or terminate the service or these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. In the event of dispute, our decision shall be final.

Google Play Direct Carrier Billing Terms & Conditions:
  • Google Play Direct Carrier Billing (“Service”) is a Value Added Service for designated personal customers of csl service plans (Except Tertiary Student U-Plan and pre-paid card).
  • The Service is only available with compatible devices.
  • All Google Play purchases are made at Google. Prevailing Google Play Terms & Conditions apply.
  • The service can be used to settle payment when purchasing apps, games, books or rental movies from Google Play. Purchase amounts will be charged to your csl monthly bill.
  • The Service is subject to a monthly limit in any calendar month for each service plan(which is to be shared by all Direct Carrier Billing Services ) as below:

  • CSL reserves the rights to update the spending limit regularly and without giving the customers any advance notice. The latest spending limit will be published at CSL website from time to time.
  • Any download of content from Google Play and use of the service will incur data charges at the prevailing rate, or deducted from subscription plan entitlements, and charged at the prevailing rate thereafter. Standard roaming data charges apply while using the service and Google Play abroad.
  • Refund of purchase charges can be performed only by the developers of the app or Google. The service provided by CSL Mobile Limited (“CSL”) serves only as a method of payment. If a refund is required, the customer must contact the app developer or Google directly. Any refund request must follow Google’s refund policy (https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637#policy).
  • The customer agrees to be bound by Google’s Terms of Service. For details of the agreement, please go to: https://play.google.com/intl/en/about/play-terms.html.
  • Any Clubpoints earned by using the Service is subject to Terms & Conditions as dictated by Club HKT Limited, available at https://www.theclub.com.hk/tnc.
  • CSL reserves the right to change or terminate the service or these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. In the event of dispute, our decision shall be final.

CSL Billing Service for YAS Terms & Conditions:
1. By using CSL/1O1O billing Service for YAS (the “Billing Service”), you can settle payments for designated products provided by YAS Digital Limited (“YAS Products”) with your CSL/1O1O monthly bill.
2. You understand and acknowledge YAS Products are provided by YAS Digital Limited (“YAS”) (IA License No.FA2648) and underwritten by Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A. (Hong Kong branch which is authorized and regulated by the Insurance Authority of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. YAS Digital Limited (IA License No.FA2648) is registered in accordance with the Insurance Companies Ordinance (Cap.41 of the Laws of Hong Kong) as an insurance agent for distribution of insurance products in Hong Kong.
3. You further understand and acknowledge that CSL Mobile Limited (“CSL” or “1O1O”) only act as a billing agent for YAS in relation to YAS Products. CSL/1O1O is not the provider of YAS Products. CSL/1O1O makes no representation or guarantee as to any aspects of YAS Products and accepts no responsibility and liability for any matters arising from or in relation to the same.
4. The Billing Service is only applicable to customers who purchase designated YAS Products at YAS. The amounts for which will be billed through your CSL /1O1O monthly bill.
5. The Billing Service is subject to a monthly limit in any calendar month for each CSL /1O1O service plan as below. If YAS customers’ purchase amount exceeds the monthly limit, the Billing Service will be suspended until next calendar month.

6. CSL/1O1O reserves the rights to update the spending limit regularly and without giving the customers any advance notice. The latest spending limit will be published on this website from time to time. CSL/1O1O also reserves the right to adjust the personal spending limit of an individual customer based on his or her own circumstances at its own discretion at any time without prior notice.
7. CSL/1O1O shall not be responsible for any disputes in relation to the YAS Products or the billing amount. In case of any enquiries, please contact YAS by emailing rylie@hk.yas.io.
8. CSL/1O1O reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
9. CSL/1O1O does not represent YAS and has no involvement in arranging YAS Products. Customers need to purchase YAS product at the YAS website (https://www.yas.com.hk/ ), (the “YAS Website”), which is a third party website. CSL/1O1O assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of the YAS Website. By using the YAS Website, you agree and acknowledge that YAS may be collecting certain personal data (such as your email address, YAS free trial request and subscription status). For details, please refer to relevant YAS product brochures and website promotions.
10. YAS Products are subject to prevailing YAS Terms & Conditions (“YAS T&C”). For details, please refer to the YAS website for each product brochure and policy provisions
11. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions herein, CSL/1O1O ’s decision shall be final.
12. In the event of any discrepancies between the Chinese and English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
