Terms and Conditions of Notebook Ownership Program 5G Experience Package Promotion:
1. Students, staff and alumni of designated tertiary institutions who successfully purchase a Mac or iPad from a designated website can enjoy a 5G Experience package (one set). The promotional period will be from 1 August 2023 to 30 November 2023 (“Promotional Period”).
2. *To be eligible for a 5G Experience Package (One Set) (“Reward”), the registrant shall be aged 18 or above and has a Hong Kong Identity Card or an Exit/Entry Permit for Travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macau or passport number, and shall register to apply for the promotional offer by calling the hotline (2888 6677) during the promotional period. A SMS containing a link for SIM card real-name registration will be received in 3 working days after the application for the promotion is made. Upon the successful completion of real-name registration, a confirmation SMS (“Confirmation SMS”) for the reservation of Reward redemption will be received in 60 working days. The registrant shall proceed to the selected csl shop on the designated date as stated in the Confirmation SMS, and present the valid identity document (original), sales invoice (original) and the Confirmation SMS for the Reward redemption to the shop associate to redeem the Reward (“Eligible Customer”). 
3. The Reward will be available on a first come, first served basis while stocks last. There will be one SIM card in every 5G Experience Package, and is entitled to a trial of the following service for free for a total of 90 days starting from the date when the SIM card is activated:
(a) A 5G local mobile data of 100GB will be available for every 30 days in the trial period (a local mobile data of 100GB for every 30 days, a total local mobile data of 300GB in 90 days, the remaining unused data cannot be carried forward to the next 30 days. Customers can enjoy the functions such as tethering and P2P, including Bit-Torrent, etc., in the 90 days trial period.);
(b) Unlimited local calling minutes.
4. Eligible customer shall activate the SIM card service immediately with the assistance of shop associate upon the redemption of Reward at the selected csl shop. Customer will not be eligible for such trial if the SIM card service is not activated. The offerings of the service will be terminated starting from 90 days after the service activation. If the eligible customer wishes to retain the phone number of such trial SIM card, the customer shall apply for the designated csl mobile service plan in 30 days after the termination of the service. During the 90 days trial period, upon the depletion of the 300GB local mobile data usage of the 90 days 5G free trial, the local mobile data service will be terminated, and the local mobile data usage cannot be increased in any manner. 
5. Every eligible customer can only enjoy such offer once in the promotional period.

7. If the eligible customer maintains a delinquent billing record with csl mobile service in relation to any payment in default, CSL Mobile Limited will not be able to provide any above Reward to you, until the cancellation of the delinquent billing record.
8. ”5G” service plan utilizes 5G network. It is only applicable to the area covered by designated 5G network and customers shall use designated supportable device. However, the actual speed experienced by customers will be less than network specification, and will be subject to the device used, location, network condition and other factors. Mobile service will be provided in 3G / 4.5G if customer is away from the area covered by 5G network.
9. Other terms: Except stated specifically, this promotional offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discount, offer or promotion. Existing customer offer and other customer offer cannot be used together. Service in the trial package is subject to other terms and conditions. Terms and Conditions of the Notebook Ownership Program of 90 days free trial of 5G Trial Package with 300GB 5G local mobile data
1. There will be one SIM card in every Trial Package, and is entitled to a trial of the following service for free for a total of 90 days starting from the date when the SIM card is activated (“Trial SIM Card”):
(a) A 5G local mobile data of 100GB will be available for every 30 days in the trial period (a local mobile data of 100GB for every 30 days, a total local mobile data of 300GB in 90 days, the remaining unused data cannot be carried forward to the next 30 days. Customers can enjoy the functions such as tethering and P2P, including Bit-Torrent, etc., in the 90 days trial period.);
(b) Unlimited local calling minutes.

Other than the offerings of the above free trial service, the trial of SIM card will neither provide any other value-added service nor increase the usage of complimentary service.

5. The local data for the trial period will only be applicable to that billing month, and the balance cannot be carried forward to the next billing month and will be cancelled after that billing month. When you have used up the local mobile data usage included in that billing month during the trial period, your local mobile data service will be terminated, and can only be used again in the next billing month.
6. The trial SIM card is only for the customer’s individual trial purpose, and cannot be redeemed into cash, other products or transferred to others.
7. The free trial cannot be used in conjunction with other offer, promotion or 5G trial event.
8. CSL Mobile Limited is entitled to terminate or alternate the free trial, service plan and the related terms and conditions at any time without further notice. In case of any dispute, our decision shall be final.
