Terms & Conditions 1. This promotion is organized by CSL Mobile Limited ("CSL"). 2. By participating in this promotion, Participants confirm that they have read, agreed and accepted these terms and conditions. 3. This promotion will be offered for the period from 27 January 2023 to 31 January 2023 ("Promotion Period"). 4. To be eligible to participate in this promotion, participants must age 18 or above, be physically located and participate in Hong Kong have downloaded csl. 5G Lens app and have registered on the app using a valid Hong Kong registered mobile number ("Participant(s)"). 5. During the Promotion Period, Participants can join “Chinese New Year Laisee Giveaway” campaign on the csl. 5G Lens by capturing two designated icons. A total of 5,000 Laisee (“Prizes”), including Travel Club Sim 7-day Travels APAC Package (1,000pcs, SRP: HK$78 each) and Convenience store $20 E-cash voucher (4,000pcs, SRP: HK$20 each). The daily prize distribution time will be announced in the csl. 5G Lens app push notification. Daily quota is limited, first-come-first-served and while stocks last. Participants will be notified of the result instantly through the csl. 5G Lens app. 6. Winning Participants will receive e-voucher (“E-voucher”) for a Prize through the csl. 5G Lens app. Winners must collect the prizes at the designated location and date or/ and use the e-voucher in a corresponding channels. Copies of the E-voucher will not be accepted. Prizes redemption is subject to relevant terms and conditions which are set on the csl. 5G Lens and relevant E-voucher. 7. During the promotion period, the daily prize quota is 1,000, first-come-first-serve basis and while stocks lasts. Each mobile number (“Account”) can enter the campaign to snatch prizes everyday (00:00 – 23:59 count as a day) and able to snatch the prizes - Travel Club Sim 7-day Travels APAC Package and Convenience store $20 E-cash voucher once each per day. List of daily prizes during the promotion period (from 27 January 2023 to 31 January 2023) : - Travel Club Sim 7-day Travels APAC Package (200 pc, SRP: HK$78 each) - Convenience store $20 E-cash voucher (800 pcs, SRP: HK$20 each) 8. The daily quota of 1,000 prizes is available on a first-come-first-served basis, while stocks last. The remaining prizes will be accumulated to the next day if daily quota of the day is not full, and so on until the last day of promotion period. Regardless of whether the prize quota is full, this promotion will end at 23:59 on 31 January 2023. 9. Participants must ensure that information they submit on the csl. 5G Lens app is complete and accurate. If there are any errors or omissions in the information submitted, this may disqualify the Participant from this promotion or any of the Prizes. In this situation, CSL shall be obliged to replace or compensate any Prize. 10. CSL shall rely on the information collected by its servers. CSL will not be responsible for any delay in or loss, error, or illegibility of any information submitted by Participants due to technical issues with computers, communication tools, networks, or any other problems beyond the reasonable control of CSL. 11. Prizes are not transferable, nor redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged. 12. Unless stated otherwise in the terms and conditions of the Prizes, CSL are not the manufacturer or supplier of the Prizes and shall not be liable for the Prizes (including, but not limited to, the quality of the Prizes or any ongoing maintenance of the Prizes). The relevant manufacturer or supplier of the Prizes shall bear all the obligations and responsibilities of the Prize provided by it. Please contact the Prizes suppliers for the details. 13. If CSL suspects that a Participant has (i) carried out any activity that is or is related to any abnormal/suspicious activity, (ii) used improper methods, has been fraudulent or has interrupted or interfered with any part of this promotion, causing technical problems, or (iii) been unfair, dishonest, provided false or incorrect information, (iv) intruded and/or modified systems in relation to the promotion in any way, (v) use any robot, spider, or other automatic or manual device, process, or means to access or take part in this promotion (vi) use any device, software, or routine that interferes with the proper working of this promotion (vii) introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technically harmful, or (viii) any violated of these terms and conditions or any applicable laws or regulations; CSL may disqualify the Participant from participating in this promotion (in its absolute cancel discretion) without any notice and without any responsibility to any person, and reserves the right to seek compensation from the Participant. 14. Employees of CSL and each of its advertising agencies are not allowed to participate in this promotion. 15. For the csl. 5G Lens app’s compatibility and the app’s terms of use, please refer to “Support” in the csl. 5G Lens app. 16. CSL reserve the right to vary or cancel this promotion or amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice. In case of any dispute, CSL reserves the right of final decision. 17. In the event of inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms & conditions, the English version shall prevail.
