Notification of change of service Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing csl.

We wish to inform you that your existing service plan will expire soon.

Upon expiry of your existing service plan, we will replace your existing mobile service plan with $128/500MB csl Ultra 600 Service Plan (SIM only plan), without any commitment period, starting from the billing date referred to the SMS sent to you [“Effective Date”]. Details of the service plan are set out below.

All rebates and free value-added services (if any) under your existing contract will be terminated on the Effective Date. 
 
If you do not wish to accept the $128/500MB csl Ultra 600 Service Plan, you can call our customer service representative on 2883 5599, or you can terminate service by giving us thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to the Effective Date.

* Remarks: You can choose to unsubscribe from the mobile data plan service if not needed. However, the above-mentioned monthly fee will remain the same.
