We wish to inform you that your existing service plan will expire soon.
Upon expiry of your existing service plan, we will replace your existing mobile service plan with $438/10GB csl Ultra 600 Data & Voice Service Plan (SIM only plan), without any commitment period, starting from the billing date referred to the SMS sent to you [“Effective Date”]. Details of the service plan are set out below.

All rebates and free value-added services (if any) under your existing contract will be terminated on the Effective Date.
If you do not wish to accept the $438/10GB csl Ultra 600 Data & Voice Service Plan, you can call our customer service representative on 2888 1919 for enquiries, or you can terminate the mobile service by giving us thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to the Effective Date.
