Dear Valued Customer,

 

Important notice: Changes resulting from billing system upgrade

We are committed to improving our mobile service by upgrading the billing system. The aim is to offer higher levels of quality and more convenient account management. The latest system upgrade requires the following changes to take effect on [Effective Date] *:

  1. Bill payment
  ○ Account information change
- Your new 14-digit account number: Please refer to SMS message
- Your new bill cut-off date: The last day of each month
    Issue date of the first bill showing the NEW account number: Please refer to SMS message
    After the effective date, the account balance of your 8-digit numbered account will be carried across to your new 14-digit numbered account. Details will be shown in the “Account Balance Transfer from” section of the first bill issued by the upgraded billing system.
     
  ○ PPS/ATM payment channel
When paying by PPS/ATM, please note we have changed the payee name from csl (one2free)/ CSL to CSL Mobile Limited. Please click "Tips on change of service" to follow bill payment instructions.

 

  2. Check mobile bill and usage

The upgraded billing system has enhanced the way you can manage your account. You can check mobile bill and usage using the following mobile apps:

- My HKT app
  Manage your 1O1O, csl, NETVIGATOR, Now TV, eye and residential line services through a single login
   
- csl app
  Check mobile usage details or perform a data top-up transaction
   
  3. Self-service channels affected
    Certain features may be difficult to access via the self-service channels, as specified in "Tips on change of service", during the billing system upgrade from [Effective Date] to the following day.
 
In the meantime, your mobile service plan and existing contract remain unchanged.

Please refer to the SMS message for the [Effective Date]. If any change has been made to your account information OR you subscribe to a mobile service plan that becomes effective on or after [Effective Date], your new 14-digit numbered account may not be activated on the above-mentioned date. We will inform you of further arrangements in due course.
