We listen to your feedback, with the result that you can now experience the convenience of RoamSave in Hong Kong!

As we always recommend downloading and installing the RoamSave application before you leave Hong Kong, you can now make/receive voice call ; make/receive voide call within Roam Save community while in Hong Kong to sample the full RoamSave service via Wi-Fi connectivity. This allows you to get used to the user interface and application features in a “rehearsal” before your trip.

Remarks:

1. IDD charges will apply if making calls to non-Hong Kong phone numbers, and local voice call minutes will be deducted/charged for the duration of such a call during all calls. Charges for Wi-Fi connectivity and IDD charges (if any) are additional.

2 RoamSave supports video calls within RoamSave community with selected handsets. 

3. The RoamSave service may be used to make emergency calls in Hong Kong. However, while you are abroad you should call local emergency number via your regular voice roaming service.
