Thank you for choosing csl.
We wish to inform you that your existing service plan will be discontinued and we will replace it with our $238/2.5GB csl Ultra 600 Data & Voice Service Plan (SIM only Plan), without any commitment period with effect from the billing date referred to the SMS sent to you ["Effective Date"] as set out below.

All rebates and free value-added services (if any) under your existing contract will be terminated on the Effective Date.
If you do not wish to accept the $238/2.5GB csl Ultra 600 Service Plan, you can call our customer service representative on 2883 5599 for enquiries, or you can terminate the mobile service by giving us thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to the Effective Date.
