Notification of change to service Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing csl. We wish to give you notice that we will cease to offer the service plan you are currently subscribing to with effect from the April 2015 billing date ["Effective Date"].  In order to ensure your continued enjoyment of our mobile service, we will provide you with our $128/ 500MB csl Ultra 300 Data & Voice Service Plan (SIM only plan), without any commitment period, starting from the Effective Date. Details of this service plan are set out below.

All rebates (if any) and free value-added services (if any) under your existing contract will be terminated on the Effective Date. 
 
If you do not wish to accept the $128/500MB csl Ultra 300 Data & Voice Service Plan, you can contact our csl Customer Service Hotline on 25 123 123 for other renewal options, or you can terminate service by giving us 15 (fifteen) days' notice prior to the Effective Date. 


In addition, we can offer the hot Xiaomi Redmi 2 handset at a price as low as $0*, and you can take advantage of our free Ultimate Data Safe service^. This high-speed procedure transfers data directly from one handset to another – all in the comforting knowledge that no data, or records, will be left on the old device or in the transfer equipment.

You are also required to pay a MTR/Tunnels/Mobile License/Administration Fee of $18 per month. Prepayment will be rebated to your mobile account during the Commitment Period.
