To enjoy local internet access via your device, simply subscribe local data day pass. To cope with your needs, we prepare different day passes for your selection. •You can subscribe/ unsubscribe to local data day pass, you can:
Press * 131 # SEND After pressing the requisite key string, you’ll receive a selection menu of day passes, please reply with the code of selected day pass, then confirm to subscribe/unsubscribe the service.
Roaming data is not included and Roaming data charges is required. Note: If all entitled data is consumed within day pass period, the local data service will be stopped, you can press *131# SEND to apply the day pass again.

How to use:

Go to csl Wi-Fi hotspots, and set the Network Name (SSID/ESSID) to "csl"

Launch your internet browser

Type any valid URL into the address field and you will be redirected to the csl Wi-Fi login page automatically

Login to the service: ;
1) Choose "Discover HK Tourist SIM/Prepaid SIM Cards".
2) Enter your mobile number and PIN to login to the service.

After login, a new offline window will pop-up to let you terminate the connection. Do not close the offline window. To terminate your csl Wi-Fi session, simply click the "Disconnect" button.

The Service is provided by PCCW OTT (Hong Kong) Limited (“PCCW”) and is provided pursuant to the Viu terms and conditions set out in http://www.viu.com/ott/hk/.

The Service is provided to customers from CSL Mobile Limited (“CSL”) who subscribed for certain of CSL’s mobile service plans with data (“CSL plan(s)”). To utilize the Service, you are required to subscribe for the Service and download and successfully install the Viu app from Google Play or App Store through eligible mobile devices. In order to use the Service, you will be required to register for a Viu account, and acknowledge and accept certain terms and conditions and the personal information collection statement of PCCW.

The Service is available in Chinese and with Chinese subtitles, and some content also has English subtitles.

Unless specified from the above offer, you are using local data to access to the Service, the utilized data usage will be deducted from the entitlement of your local data plan.

You shall not, or permit any other person to sell, reproduce, copy, distribute, broadcast, transmit, re-transmit, modify, exploit the Services or any of its contents by any means or reverse engineer any content consisting of downloadable software.

The Service’s programs and content are only for your personal viewing and access. You shall not, or permit any other person to show, play, use, access or view the Service and its content for any public or commercial purpose in any place.

PCCW reserves the right to edit, change, withdraw and/or withhold any programs or content on the Service at any time without notice and for any reason.

The use and the provision of the Service are governed by the relevant terms and conditions of the Service by PCCW (http://www.viu.com/ott/hk/) and CSL (https://www.hkcsl.com/en/csl-local-prepaid-sim-card), respectively, as amended from time to time. You shall be deemed to have agreed to and be bound by such terms and conditions of Service upon the downloading and opening of the Viu App.

CSL is not the provider of the Service and hence CSL does not provide any representations or warranties regarding the Service.

PCCW is not the provider of CSL plans and hence PCCW does not provide any representations or warranties regarding the CSL plans or any related mobile services.

You acknowledge that should you subscribe for the Service via CSL, CSL shall act as the billing agent to bill you for the use of the Service and shall receive from you the fees for the Service.

Your subscription for the Service will form part of the Mobile Service Agreement between CSL and yourself.

Should there be any inconsistencies between the English version and any other language versions (if any) of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

Charging Mechanism

a. Local calls, IDD calls, video calls and International Call Forwarding calls are charged on a per minute basis.
b. Once you have subscribed to the Voice Package , $28 monthly Service fee will be deducted from your prepaid account automatically for every 30 days until you unsubscribe the service by press *101#203#.

Local airtime charges apply when using IDD service and International Call Forwarding.

International roaming calls are charged on a per minute basis. Airtime will be deducted in units of 1 minute once you answer the return call from our system, even if the called number is busy or unanswered. Each SMS holds 160 English or 70 Chinese characters, including spaces. If your message exceeds this limitation, we will help you to truncate it into multiple SMS and each SMS will be charged.

“Mainland China & Macau Voice Package” only applicable for receiving calls at local roaming and outgoing calls to HK/local roaming. Usage will be calculated on a per minute basis. Any usage of less than one minute will be counted as one minute.

International roaming calls are charged on a per minute basis. Airtime will be deducted in units of 1 minute once you answer the return from our system, even if the called number is busy or unanswered .

a. Roaming data is charged on a per-20KB basis. Cut-off time for roaming data day plan is HK time 23:59, new daily cap starts at HK time 00:00.
b. 1-Day International Roaming Data Pass must be subscribed via subscription code when roaming in selected destinations. 1-Day International Roaming Data Pass will be valid for 1-Day, the cut-off time of daily usage is 23:59 HK Time (GMT+8:00) of the subscription day regardless of the activation time of roaming destination. Any unused Mobile Data entitlement will be forfeited after the cut-off time. Ability of mobile data service depends on your roaming destination or the local network coverage.
c. You may subscribe to multiple International roaming data pass simultaneously and the validity of all passes will be extended to 23:59 HK Time (GMT+8:00) of the "n" day. "n" means the number of Day International roaming data pass subscribed simultaneously. You may use the Roaming Mobile Data usage included in all the passes at any time during the extended validity period.
d. Cambodia and U.A.E provide 3G service. The roaming data service coverage are subject to change from time to time without prior notice, for details, please click here.

a. 2-Hour Pass includes a continuous 120-minute session upon your subscription.
b. 1-Day/3-Day/7-Day/365-Day Pass is based on a continuous 24-hours per day.
c. If you subscribe to multiple 2-Hour Data Passes simultaneously, all the Data Passes will be valid until the latest expiry date of the subscribed Data Passes and you may use the Local Mobile Data usage included in all the Data Passes at any time during the extended validity period.
d. If you subscribe to multiple 1-Day/3-Day/7-Day Data Passes simultaneously, all the Data Passes will be valid until the latest expiry date of the subscribed Data Passes and you may use the Local Mobile Data usage included in all the Data Passes at any time during the extended validity period.
e. 30-Day data pass will be renewed automatically every 30 days (23:59 on 30th day) after subscription. Any unused usage cannot be carried forward to the next 30-Day period and will be forfeited at the end of the respective period. To unsubscribe this service, please dial *101#835*1# (for $38 / 2GB / 30-Day data pass), *101#835*3# (for $48 / 6GB / 30-Day data pass), *101#199*11# (for $28 / 10GB / 30-Day data pass), *101#835*21# (for $78 / 18GB / 30-Day data pass) & *101#199*16# (for $48 / 20GB / 30-Day data pass) from your handset, the cut-off time is 23:59 on the expiry date. If you subscribe to multiple 30-Day Data Passes simultaneously, the system will follow the last subscribed 30-Day pass expiry date and will be auto-renewed. Previous 30-Day Data Pass subscribed will end upon original expiry date (23:59).
f. If you subscribe to multiple 2-Hour and 1-Day/3-Day/7-Day Data Passes simultaneously, all the 1-Hour Data Passes will be used first in accordance with sub-clause (b) of this clause. After the local Mobile Data included in all the 1-Hour Data Passes has been used up, your local Mobile Data usage will be deducted from the 1-Day/3-Day/7-Day Passes, validity and data usage of all 30-Day Passes will be in accordance with sub-clause (c) of this clause.
g. If you subscribe to multiple 1-Day/3-Day/7-Day and 30-Day Data Passes simultaneously, all the 1-Day/3-Day/7-Day Data Passes will be used first in accordance with sub-clause (c) of this clause. After the local Mobile Data included in all the 1-Day/3-Day/7-Day Data Passes has been used up, your local Mobile Data usage will be deducted from the 30-Day Passes, validity and data usage of all 30-Day Passes will be in accordance with sub-clause (d) of this clause.
h. If you subscribe to multiple 2-Hour, 1-Day/3-Day/7-Day Data Passes and 30-Day Pass simultaneously, all the 2-Hour Data Passes will be used first in accordance with sub-clause (b) of this clause. After the local Mobile Data included in all the 2-Hour Data Passes has been used up, your local Mobile Data usage will be deducted from the 1-Day/3-Day/7-Day Passes, validity of which will be in accordance with sub-clause (c) of this clause. After the local Mobile Data included in all the 1-Day/3-Day/7-Day Passes has been used up, your local Mobile Data usage will be deducted from the 30-Day Data Passes.
i. Prepaid SIM card validity will be extended 365 days after subscription of 365-Day Data Pass.
j. Local 1-day, 3-day, 7-day and "Usage period aligned with card validity" data passes commence on the day of subscription. Service will be automatically terminated at HK time 23:59 on the commencement day, 3rd day, 7th day or until expiry of the prepaid card, but no more than 365 days from the subscription date of the data plan, whichever is sooner. For 1/3/7 days data passes, customers are required to subscribe to the data pass again for continued use, otherwise local data will be charged at $3/1000KB pay-as-you-go basis. $3/1000KB pay-as-you-go local data charging will not apply on subscribed period once the "Usage period aligned with card validity" has been activated, and will be resumed once the subscription is expired. The validity of the "Usage period aligned with card validity" local data pass will last until expiry of the prepaid card, but no more than 365 days from the subscription date of the data plan, whichever is sooner.
k. After activation of Pay As You Go Local Data service, if there is no any activated Data Pass or its data has been used up, Local Data will counted as $1/100MB. To unsubscribe this service, please dial *101#835*99# .

Both incoming and outgoing MMS are charged on a per-MB basis. If MMS is downloaded / sent during roaming, roaming data charges apply.

No local airtime charges applied for Unconditional Call Forwarding Package. Local call forwarding when busy, unanswered and unreachable are not included in the package. The package will be renewed automatically every 30 days and related package charge will be deducted from your account.

When accessing Voice Mail via a mobile phone, airtime is charged. Roaming charges apply when retrieving voice mails from outside Hong Kong. The Voice Mail package will be renewed automatically every 30 days and related package charge will be deducted from your account.

The MTR/Tunnels/Mobile License/ Administration Fee will be deducted automatically from your account on a monthly basis.

If the subscribed packages cannot be renewed successfully due to insufficient balance in your account, the related packages will be cancelled. Please re-subscribe to the packages after recharge.

Any dispute over value or usage should be raised with csl within one month.

A $30 service fee will be charged for each copy of the call details relating to the current month.

Usage records maintained by csl shall, in the absence of manifest error, be conclusive evidence.

CSL Mobile Limited reserves the right to amend the tariff and the related charges. Please call the service hotline for tariff details.

Local data is charged on a per-MB basis. Please ensure the data connection is disabled when you are not using the service to avoid unnecessary charges.

Local data must be consumed within Hong Kong. A roaming data charge will be made when roaming overseas.

We reserve the right to terminate your mobile service without prior notice if your remaining balance is $0 or less and no usage in past consecutive 3 months.
