Notification of change to service Terms and Conditions
Thank you for choosing csl. We wish to give you notice that we will cease to offer the service plan you are currently subscribing to with effect from the billing date referred to the SMS sent to you ["Effective Date"]. In order to ensure your continued enjoyment of our mobile service, we will provide you with our $238/2.5GB csl SME Ultra 300 Service Plan (SIM only plan), without any commitment period, starting from the Effective Date. Details of this service plan are set out below.

All rebates (if any) and free value-added services (if any) under your existing contract will be terminated on the Effective Date.
If you do not wish to accept the $238/2.5GB csl SME Ultra 300 Service Plan, you can contact our csl SME Customer Service Hotline on 3622 6123 for other renewal options, or you can terminate service by giving us 15 (fifteen) days' notice prior to the Effective Date.
