Data Roaming Day Pass Monthly Plan ($49/month) Retention Offer (“the retention offer”) Terms and Conditions:

The retention offer is only applicable to customers who are currently using a Data Roaming Day Pass Monthly Plan ($49/month) (“monthly plan”) and choose to re-contract with a specified commitment period.

Once the monthly plan is successfully re-contracted, the remaining monthly fee of the existing monthly fee plan can be waived, and the valid period of the unused Data Roaming Day Pass will be extended to 12 months (from the date of confirmation of retention). After successful extension, you will receive a confirmation SMS from the system.

If customers have more than one monthly plan but only choose to renew one of them, the system will choose to enjoy the retention offer on one of the current monthly plan

If Data Roaming Day Pass in customer's existing monthly plan has been used up or has expired, this renewal offer cannot be enjoyed.

We reserve the right to terminate or amend the retention offer and vary these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Data Roaming Day Pass Monthly Plan ($49/month) Add-on Offer (“the add-on offer”) Terms and Conditions:

This add-on offer is only applicable to customers who are currently using Data Roaming Day Pass Monthly Plan ($49/month) (“monthly plan”) and choose to subscribe a designated new package with a specified commitment period.

Once the designated new package is successfully subscribed, customers must continue to pay the remaining monthly fee of existing monthly plan, and the valid period of the unused Data Roaming Day Pass will be extended to 12 months (from the date of confirmation of subscription), you will receive a confirmation SMS from the system after successful extension. Customer must also pay the monthly fee for the designated new package.

If customers have more than one monthly plan and choose to purchase more than one designated new package, they can enjoy the add-on offer up to two times.

If customers have more than one monthly plan but only choose to purchase one designated new package only, they can enjoy the add-on offer in one of the current monthly fee plans which selected by system.

If customers are currently using a monthly plan, but at the same time choose to renew the monthly plan and purchase the designated new package, the system will give priority to the retention offer, and cannot inherit the add-on offer at the same time.

If Data Roaming Day Pass of the customer's existing monthly plan has been used up or has expired, the add-on offer cannot be enjoyed.

Data Roaming Day Pass Monthly Plan ($49/month) ("the Service") Terms and Conditions:

If customer has not registered for IDD and roaming services or has already applied for “barring of data roaming service”, upon subscription to Data Roaming Day Pass Monthly Plan, it represents the customer agrees to activate IDD and roaming service and agree to “un-bar data roaming service”.

The Service is available to selected personal account customers of csl who have activated IDD, roaming service, Data Roaming Day Pass service and subscribe to the Service for a commitment period of 12, 24, 30, 34 or 36 months ("Commitment Period").

The Data Roaming Day Pass included in the Service are only valid within the Commitment Period. All remaining entitlement will be forfeited upon expiry of Commitment Period and prevailing roaming rates will apply.

If customer with other Data Roaming Day Pass, the one with earlier validity end date will take priority when data roaming usage is deducted.

If customer is using Greater China Plan or China-HK-Macau Service Plan, the Service will not be applicable to destinations covered by Greater China Plan or China-HK-Macau Service Plan

The Service applicable to Data Roaming Day Pass (charges: $88-$178 per day). Applies to Mobile Data roaming usage such as Blackberry Services, Internet Browsing, Roaming MMS, WAP and audio or video streaming but not support VoIP, BitTorrent, Peer to Peer file sharing (such as FTP file sharing and webcam applications), Peer Casting type applications (such as PPLive and PPStream), VPN Tunnel service, corporate e-mail service or any commercial promotion activities or any means which may be harmful or adversely affect our network or other customers. The Mobile Data roaming available for this Service is 500MB per day, after which the data transmission speed will be capped at 256kbps. Please note the actual speed and usage experience depends on applicable roaming networks. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your use of the Service if you breach the Terms and Conditions of the Service.

Unless otherwise specified, the Service cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, offer or promotion and is non- transferable nor exchangeable for cash or other products/services.

Customers who terminate their mobile service accounts before expiry of Commitment Period shall be deemed to have forfeited any such entitlement, and CSL Mobile Limited ("CSL") shall not be responsible for any such forfeiture.

If customers terminate the Service before the expiry of the Commitment Period, CSL would charge the customers the early termination charges which are the sum of the monthly fee of the Service for the remaining period.

In the event of any discrepancies between Chinese and English versions, the English version shall prevail.
MOOV Monthly Package Terms and Conditions:

Customer can apply for a MOOV Monthly Package at $39 per month (subject to a 24-month commitment period).

MOOV Monthly Package is limited to personal use only via customer’s handset. If any public broadcasting is performed, csl reserves the right to take legal action.

The quality of music or video streaming varies according to 3G/4G network coverage or handset model used.

Customer can apply for Now E HBO GO Service at $39 per month (subject to a 24-month commitment period).

Now E, the Application and Website are provided by PCCW Media Limited (“PCCW”) and content on Now E is provided by PCCW and its licensors. The use of Now E is subject to the Now E Terms and Conditions (available for viewing at http://www.nowe.hk/tnc/service).

All local mobile data usage of the service will be deducted from your monthly data entitlement or charged onto your account accordingly.

CSL is not the supplier of the Content, and makes no representation or guarantee as to its quality and accepts no liability for any matters arising from or in relation to same.

In the event of any inconsistency between the terms and conditions and the terms and conditions set out in the Mobile service Agreement, these terms and conditions shall prevail.

The English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail over the Chinese version (if any) which is provided for information purposes only.

In the event of any disputes, the decisions of CSL and PCCW Media Limited shall be final.
