Katch Presents: ANSON KONG "THE GAME OF LIFE" IN MY SIGHT SOLO CONCERT 2024

  Admission notice:
1. The organiser of this concert is MakerVille Company Limited (the “Organiser”).
2. Members of the audience must present a valid ticket to enter the concert venue, and only one ticket per person is allowed. Attendees must comply with specific concert and venue terms and restrictions. These include, but are not limited to, age restrictions, conduct and prohibition of certain items. In the event of violation, venue staff have the right to refuse entry or insist on a  person leaving the premises.
3. This concert is open only to individuals aged 6 or older, carrying valid identification documention. Individuals under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Venue staff have the right to seek verification of a participant’s identification documents to confirm age. If such verification is unsuccessful, venue staff have the right to refuse entry.
4. Concert ticket information and entry confirmation codes, if any, will become invalid if deleted, modified, or tampered with. The Organiser shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, alteration, forgery, theft, fraud, or unauthorised use of tickets. Photocopies of tickets will be considered invalid. In the event of dispute, the Organiser’s records shall prevail. In addition, the Organiser has the right of final and binding determination.
5. If the Organiser discovers or suspects any wrongdoing in respect of concert tickets, or any illegal activities (including but not limited to theft of personal information or forgery of identification documents), the Organiser has the right to cancel a specific ticket purchase and/or entry entitlement of individuals concerned, and have the option to revoke such tickets. The Organiser also reserves the right to take legal action. Individuals whose ticket purchase and/or entry entitlement are cancelled shall not be allowed to enter the event venue, and the cancelled tickets shall be invalidated. No refund shall be forthcoming in respect of ticket fees paid, including handling fees.
6. The Organiser reserves the right to change the content of this concert without providing ticket refunds or exchanges.
7. The Organiser has the right to change or postpone the concert date, cancel the concert, rearrange or reduce number of seats at any time, without assuming any responsibility for any expectation, inconvenience, loss, or damages incurred by individuals. In the event of dispute, decisions made by the Organiser shall be final and binding.
8. Ticketholders must accept seats according to row and seat number indicated on the concert ticket.
9. Ticketholders must comply with Hong Kong laws, as well as safety guidelines issued by the Organiser and venue, plus venue rules and instructions from the Organiser and venue staff. Attendees should be mindful of their personal safety and avoid engaging in any dangerous or unsafe behaviour inside the venue. The Organiser has the right to refuse entry to any ticketholder who fails to comply with regulations, and can insist that such individuals should leave the premises at any time. In the event of emergency, attendees should seek assistance from staff immediately.
10. The Organiser has the right to determine entry time and method of ingress for latecomers, and ticketholders must follow instructions and arrangements for entry issued by the Organiser and/or venue staff.
11. Photography and any other kind of recording are strictly prohibited within the concert venue. Except for authorised personnel, no individuals shall be allowed to take photography and/or recording equipment into the venue.
12. Smoking, eating, recording, photography and videography are strictly prohibited inside the concert venue. No-one is allowed to take dangerous items such as glass bottles, food, beverages, sharp objects, flammable materials, laser pointers, balloons, nor metal balloons into the concert venue.
13. No person is allowed to take any animal into the concert venue, except for guide dogs authorised by written consent from venue management.
14. Please avoid disrupting the concert by turning off alarm and ringer alerts on your mobile phone during the concert.
15. It is strictly prohibited to take any object that obstructs or interferes with others’ views and enjoyment of the concert. This includes, but is not limited to, handbags or backpacks larger than 38x30x20 centimetres, large signage (maximum size of signage is 38x30x20 centimetres), selfie sticks, balloons, flags, umbrellas and stools. The Organiser reserves the right to confiscate any such items until the end of the concert. If there are any restricted items as mentioned above, please deposit them at the luggage storage service counter or the self-storage lockers in the basement of the venue.
16. If any individual violates these Terms & Conditions, or venue rules, or harasses others, or engages in any behaviour deemed inappropriate by the Organiser, then the Organiser has the right to insist that such individuals leave the venue immediately, without any compensation or refund.
17. The concert may be filmed, recorded, and/or live-streamed by the Organiser, who has the right (but not the obligation) to broadcast or publish the concert via television and other media outlets worldwide, or in any other form. All intellectual property rights relating to the concert, including but not limited to, recordings made during the concert and associated processes, are owned on a permanent basis by the Organiser. By entering the concert venue, ticketholders agree to be recorded or filmed. Ticketholders hereby irrevocably waive all existing and future rights (including but not limited to copyright, intellectual property rights and moral rights) to the content of concert recordings and associated processes.
18. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organiser shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect injuries, damages, losses, expenses, accidents, delays, or inconvenience caused to ticketholders or any individual participating in the concert or associated processes, receiving or using souvenirs (if any), or participating in any activities relating to souvenirs (if any).
19. 20. Purchasers of concert tickets, ticketholders and attendees agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable regulations relating to the concert. The Organiser reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions without notice. Any update or modification will take effect immediately upon being published on the Organiser’s Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/MakerVille.official)/Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/makerville.official). In the event of dispute, the Organiser shall have the right of final and binding determination.
21. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Hong Kong”). Purchasers of tickets, ticketholders and attendees agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
22. In the event of dispute, AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited and the Organiser shall retain ultimate decision-making authority.
23. In the event of inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms & Conditions, the Chinese shall prevail.
