ACTIVATION OF PREPAID SIM CARD

• This Prepaid SIM Card can only be activated in selected roaming destinations including China, Macau, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan and Thailand.
• Set the Access Point Name (APN) to “pmobile” and turn on “Data Roaming”. Launch internet browser to trigger activation of Prepaid SIM Card. Refresh the browser again in 10 minutes, Prepaid SIM Card will be activated when you can access to the internet.
• Please activate this Prepaid SIM Card before the expiry date shown on the Prepaid SIM Card packaging.
• 5-day Roaming Mobile Data Pass will be automatically activated upon Prepaid SIM Card activation, service fee of $198 will be deducted from the stored-value. For details of the data pass, please refer to “Services & Charges”.
• This Prepaid SIM Card will be valid for 180 days from the date of Prepaid SIM Card activation.

SERVICES AND CHARGES

Terms and conditions of roaming Mobile Data service:

• This Prepaid SIM Card is for roaming Mobile Data use only and all other services are not available to this Prepaid SIM Card.
• Roaming Mobile Data service of this Prepaid SIM Card can be used in 8 selected destinations, including China, Macau, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan and Thailand, via selected roaming operators only. The selected destination and operators will be updated from time to time, please

• 5-day Roaming Mobile Data Pass will be activated automatically upon activation of this Prepaid SIM Card and the service fee $198 of the 5-day Roaming Mobile Data Pass will be deducted from the stored value of this Prepaid SIM Card.
• 5-day Roaming Mobile Data Pass will be valid for 5 days and the cut-off time is 23:59 HK Time of the 5th day regardless of the activation time of roaming destination. Any unused Mobile Data entitlement will be forfeited after the cut-off time.
• The roaming Mobile Data service will stop after expiry of the 5-day Roaming Mobile Data Pass. To continue to use the roaming Mobile Data service, you will have to subscribe to a Top-Up Roaming Mobile Data Pass.
• Top-Up Roaming Mobile Data Pass must be subscribed via USSD code when roaming in selected destinations. Top-Up Roaming Mobile Data Pass will be valid for 1 day, the cut-off time of daily usage is 23:59 HK Time of the subscription day regardless of the activation time of roaming destination. Any unused Mobile Data entitlement will be forfeited after the cut-off time.
• You may subscribe to multiple Top-Up Roaming Mobile Data Passes simultaneously and the validity of all the passes will be extended to 23:59 HK Time of the nth day. “n” means the number of Top-Up Roaming Mobile Data Passes subscribed simultaneously. You may use the Roaming Mobile Data usage included in all the passes at any time during the extended validity period.
• You may subscribe to multiple Top-Up Roaming Mobile Data Passes and 5-day Roaming Mobile Data Pass simultaneously and the validity of all the passes will be extended to 23:59 HK Time of the (5+n)th day. “n” means the number of Top-Up Roaming Mobile Data Passes subscribed simultaneously. You may use the Roaming Mobile Data usage included in all the passes at any time during the extended validity period.
• The roaming Mobile Data service applies to roaming Mobile Data usage such as Internet Browsing, Roaming MMS, WAP and tethering but excludes BitTorrent, Peer to Peer file sharing (such as FTP file sharing and webcam applications) and Peer Casting type applications (such as PPLive and PPStream). We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your use of the roaming Mobile Data service if you breach this clause.
• The roaming Mobile Data service is not applicable to aircraft roaming/maritime roaming/satellite roaming.
• The actual experience of the roaming Mobile Data service will be affected depending on where you roam and the roaming operator you roam with.
• We reserve the right to change the roaming Mobile Data service and these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. All matters and disputes will be subject to our final decision.
• Validity of the Prepaid SIM Card will be extended for 180 days from the date of recharge upon every recharge of HK$50 or above.

iOS:
iPhone: Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Network > APN: Insert “pmobile”
iPad: Settings > Cellular Data > APN Settings > APN: Insert “pmobile”

RECHARGE METHODS

When the stored-value is about to be used up, or you want to extend the Prepaid SIM Card’s validity; you need to recharge your Prepaid SIM Card by any if the following methods:

1. Recharge Voucher
    You can buy a recharge voucher at any of our csl shop or 7-Eleven and follow this procedure:
    Dial 179 179 with your handset
    [select language (if applicable)]
    Press 1 to select “Recharge by Voucher”
    Key in the activation no/ PIN. printed on the voucher
    The new stored-value balance and expiry date will be announced
    Notes: The recharge value will be loaded to your Prepaid SIM Card instantly.

2. Online Credit Card Recharge Service
    Recharge your Prepaid SIM Card with ease anytime anywhere via credit card!
    Go to www.hkcsl.com
    Choose “Prepaid SIM Card”
    Choose “Recharge Method”
    Click “Recharge Now” under “Online Credit Card Recharge Service”
    Notes:
    (i) Minimum recharge value is $50 and maximum recharge value is $300 per transaction.
    (ii) The recharge value will be credited to your Prepaid SIM Card instantly.
