* | The monthly fee for each eSIM (this “Service”), along with a separate phone number, is HK$28. In order to qualify for this Service, you must subscribe to a designated csl mobile service plan (“Service Plan”), use a compatible device running on watchOS 7 or newer, and use a compatible iPhone running on iOS 14 or newer. Your Apple ID, as it relates to the Apple Watch, must be configured to show you are a member of the same family as the holder of the iPhone’s Apple ID. Data used will be deducted from the Service Plan registered to your iPhone. You can make or receive calls from the device using the mobile number inside the device. You can only use this Service on one device at a time. If you want to connect to another device, you can connect your device to this Service via the “Watch” app on your iPhone. Alternatively, you can purchase an additional Service to use with the new device on your iPhone. You can purchase up to a maximum of five Services (MAX: Six) under the same mobile number. If you are subscribing to a Multi-User Service Plan (“MUP”) with six SIM cards (one primary SIM card and five secondary SIM cards), you can purchase a total of up to 10 “Services” under all the mobile numbers in your MUP. This Service does not support international roaming. If you are subscribing by porting-in from another operator, please go to one of our shops in person. If you terminate your iPhone’s Service Plan, you are required to terminate your device’s Service by calling one of our customer service representatives. In the event of inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of these Terms & Conditions, the English shall prevail. |
^ | Customers are required to subscribe to a designated 80GB 5G service plan for a smart products bundle, as well as designated value-added services to the value of not less than HK$39 per month, and eSIM (this “Apple Watch family sharing service”), along with a separate phone number for HK$28 per month, per eSIM and agree to a commitment period of 36 or more months. An MTR/Tunnels/Mobile Licence/Administration Fee of HK$18 per month applies. Smartwatch prepayment required. Trading-in a designated smartwatch, could earn a customer an extra HK$1,000 as a trade-in rebate. The HK$1,000 smartwatch trade-in rebate and Apple Watch Series 5 (44mm) HK$1,600 trade-in price will be deducted from the total price of the smartwatch (trade-in price remains valid until October 6, 2020). After the deduction, a customer can purchase the Apple Watch Series 6 (44mm) model at device price HK$0. This special promotion is valid until October 6, 2020. The trade-in rebate for smartwatches will be credited to a customer’s account in 10 installments. Designated brands and models of handsets, tablets and smartwatches (“Designated Device”) to be traded-in must include a battery and must function properly. Trade-in prices will vary depending on the extent of damage to a Designated Device. CSL Mobile Limited (“CSL”/”We”) will not accept a Designated Device for trade-in if it was not purchased from an authorized dealer. Neither will a Designated Device be accepted for trade-in if it has been altered in any way. Customer is responsible for ensuring all personal data/photos on a Designated Device have been erased prior to trade-in. We will not be responsible for any loss, retrieval, restoration or transference of personal data from handsets, tablets and smartwatches being traded-in. Once a transaction is complete, handsets, tablets and smartwatches being traded-in cannot be reclaimed. Trade-in prices are determined at the sole discretion of CSL. Handset prepayment and prepayment of extra monthly fee required (amount depends on your chosen device and service plan subscribed to), the amount of which will be credited to your csl account by installments during the commitment period. On completion of the commitment period, the monthly fee of your SIM plan with smart gadget bundle will be adjusted to that of a SIM plan with the same local data entitlement at the prevailing rate. Each registered customer can use no more than one 5G Fast Pass to reserve one designated 5G flagship mobile phone to be launched in the near future (“Designated 5G Handset”). Enrolment is on a first-come-first-served basis. Customer can execute the 5G Fast Pass with priority when a designated next generation of new iPhone/5G handset is launched. Customer can preregister for a designated next generation of new iPhone/5G handset when subscribing to, or upgrading to, or recontracting for a designated next generation of new iPhone/5G service (service plan fee and details depend on official plan announcement when launched). A customer holding a 5G Fast Pass can get higher priority to order a designated next generation of new iPhone/5G handset than customers not holding a 5G Fast Pass.
