| 1. | This promotion is organized by CSL Mobile Limited ("CSL"). |
| 2. | To be eligible to participate in this promotion, participants must age 18 or above and participate in Hong Kong have downloaded AR Lens app and have registered on the app using a valid Hong Kong registered mobile number ("Participants"). |
| 3. | By participating in this promotion, Participants confirm that they have read, agreed and accepted these terms and conditions. |
| 4. | This promotion will be offered for the period from 20 July, 2023 to 20 August, 2023(including the first and last two days) ("Promotion Period"). The conclusion statement of this promotion will be published in the Sing Tao Daily and The Standard on 29 August, 2023. |
| 5. | During the Promotion Period, Participants can play the “AR Lens Summer Lucky Draw” game on the AR Lens to look for the Lucky Draw campaign icon and capture three designated visual of hotels room card. Successful capture of three visuals will give the participant one chance to enter the lucky draw for the prizes featured on the AR Lens (“Prizes”). The Participant will be notified instantly through the AR Lens app whether the Participant has or has not won a Prize. |
| 6. | Winning Participants will receive e-voucher ("E-voucher") for a Prize through the AR Lens app and will store into winner's "My wallet" in AR Lens app. Winners must collect their prizes at the designated location and date (if need). The relevant E-voucher in the AR Lens app must be presented when redeeming a Prize. Copies of the E-voucher will not be accepted. Prizes redemption is subject to relevant terms and conditions which are set on the relevant E-voucher. |
| 7. | Within the promotion period, each Participant's mobile number can enter the lucky draw up to ONE time per day (00:00 – 23:59 count as a day). Whether or not a Participant has won a Prize on a particular day, the Participant can enter the lucky draw on the next day, until the end of the Promotion Period. |
| 8. | articipants must ensure that information they submit on the AR Lens app is complete and accurate. If there are any errors or omissions in the information submitted, this may disqualify the Participant from this promotion or any of the Prizes. In this situation, neither CSL shall be obliged to replace or compensate any Prize. |
| 9. | CSL shall rely on the information collected by its servers. CSL will not be responsible for any delay in or loss, error, or illegibility of any information submitted by Participants due to technical issues with computers, communication tools, networks, or any other problems beyond the reasonable control of CSL. |
| 10. | Prizes are not transferable, nor redeemable for cash and other products and cannot be exchanged and returned. |
| 11. | Unless stated otherwise in the terms and conditions of the Prizes, CSL is not the manufacturer or supplier of the Prizes and shall not be liable for the Prizes (including, but not limited to, the quality of the Prizes or any ongoing maintenance of the Prizes). The relevant manufacturer or supplier of the Prizes shall bear all the obligations and responsibilities of the Prize provided by it. Please contact the Prizes suppliers for the details. |
| 12. | If CSL suspects that a Participant has (i) carried out any activity that is or is related to any abnormal/suspicious activity, (ii) used improper methods, has been fraudulent or has interrupted or interfered with any part of this promotion, causing technical problems, or (iii) been unfair, dishonest, provided false or incorrect information, (iv) intruded and/or modified systems in relation to the promotion in any way, (v) use any robot, spider, or other automatic or manual device, process, or means to access or take part in this promotion (vi) use any device, software, or routine that interferes with the proper working of this promotion (vii) introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technically harmful, or (viii) any violated of these terms and conditions or any applicable laws or regulations; CSL or Regal Hotels may disqualify the Participant from participating in this promotion (in its absolute cancel discretion) without any notice and without any responsibility to any person, and reserves the right to seek compensation from the Participant. |
| 13. | Employees of CSL and each of its advertising agencies are not allowed to participate in this promotion. |

| 16. | In case of any dispute, CSL reserves the right of final decision. |
| 17. | In the event of inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms & conditions, the English version shall prevail. |
