Bill Payment at “HSBC / HSB” ATM Terminal. You can follow the steps below to recharge your Prepaid SIM Card :
1. Insert your ATM Card & key in your password
2. Select “Bill Payment” from the main menu,
3. then select “Telecommunications” and “CSL PREPAID SIM CARD” from the merchant list
4. Enter Mobile Number
5. Enter the recharge amount
6. Transaction completed. Retain your receipt and retrieve your ATM card

Bill Payment at “JETCO” Terminal. You can also follow the steps below to recharge your Prepaid SIM Card:
1. Insert your ATM card & key in your password
2. Select “Bill Payment”, then “Merchant Code Entry”
3. Key in Merchant Code: 8121
4. Enter Mobile Number
5. Enter the recharge amount
6. Transaction completed. Retain your receipt and
7. retrieve your ATM card

Customers can also recharge through online payment via designated internet banking service. Minimum recharge amount is $50. The recharge value will be credited into your Prepaid SIM Card within 2 working days and will be reflected in your monthly bank statement.

For any disputes on ATM recharge, please visit any 1O1O Center or csl shops and present the corresponding transaction receipt / bank book / bank statement within 30 days after transaction.
