SIM card replacement and handset-on-loan service^{^}

If you lose your handset, or the SIM card stops working while in mainland China, simply call csl’s hotline on 00 800 2888 8333 (via fixed line) or + 852 2888 8333^▲ (via mobile). We will then arrange to loan you a handset and replacement SIM card within two working days. Delivery locations include Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Zhongshan, Zhuhai, Foushan and Dongguan.
^{^} Charges apply and service is subject to handset availability. ^▲ Only local roaming airtime charges apply. Roaming IDD charges to Hong Kong are waived.

BlackBerry technical support service

Simply dial the BlackBerry customer care hotline on 2888 3788 to benefit from a one-stop installation and maintenance service provided by our experienced BlackBerry technicians. We will also replace a defective BlackBerry handset* within one working day in Hong Kong and cities in China including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen.
^* CSL Mobile Limited has the discretion to repair or swap a defective BlackBerry handset. Inspection fee/repair fee shall be charged for physical damage.
