Terms and Conditions for 30-Day Volume-Based Plan ("Volume-Based Plan")
  1. Peak speed for data download is 21Mbps and upload is 7.2Mbps. Actual speed experienced may be less than the theoretical speed obtainable on the network and may vary due to internet conditions, server speeds, network conditions, coverage, locations, the computer and device used, hardware, software, usage levels and other factors.
  2. Your Volume-based Plan (“VBP”) will be renewed automatically every 30 days after subscription. Any unused data or local voice minutes will be forfeited at the end of the 30-day period and cannot be carried forward. However, the auto-renew feature is cancelled when you subscribe to any of our Unlimited Data Plans.
  3. To unsubscribe: dial *101#414# for $38, dial *101#418# for $88, or dial *101#400# for $99
  4. The $88 30-day VBP includes 2GB of data. For every new sign-up or renewal of $88 30-day Volume-VBP within the Promotional Period, you can get a BONUS 2GB of data usage (ie: total 4GB for 30 days). The $38 30-day Volume-Based Plan includes 500Mb of data usage. For every new sign-up or renewal of $38 30-day VBP within the Promotional Period, you can get a BONUS 500Mb of data usage (ie: total 1GB for 30 days). Promotion Period is from now until 31 March 2019.
  5. You can sign up to any of our Unlimited Data Plans any time before or after you have signed up to the $38 or $88 VBP. Your data consumption will be first deducted from your VBP allocation until the data has been used up, before the unlimited data takes effect. Other terms and conditions apply.     Your data usage consumption will be taken into account firstly from the data use entitlement included in the Unlimited Plan(s) that you have signed up for. Upon expiry of the Unlimited Plan(s), your data usage consumption will be deducted from any unused data use allotment included in your Volume-Based Plan (assuming that your Volume-Based Plan has not yet expired). For example, if you signed up to the $28 Unlimited Plan after you signed up to a Volume-Based Plan, your data usage will be taken into account firstly from the data use entitlement included in the $28 Unlimited Plan during its validity period. After the $28 Unlimited Plan has expired, your data usage will be deducted from any unused data use allotment included in the Volume-Based Plan (assuming that your Volume-Based Plan has not yet expired).
    b.
    $88 Unlimited Plan: This plan will take effect upon subscription. All unused entitlement and remaining numbers of days from your previous Volume-Based Plan(s) will be forfeited.

    2. You can subscribe to more than one $8, $28 or $78 Unlimited Data Plan at the same time. Each subsequent Unlimited Data Plan will be activated automatically after the previous Unlimited Data Plan has expired. For example, if you subscribed to a 7-day $78 Unlimited Data Plan ("$78 Unlimited Data Plan") 4 times, then the second $78 Unlimited Data Plan would only be activated after the first $78 Unlimited Data Plan has expired.
    3. 1-Hour Data Plan includes a continuous 60-minute session upon your subscription.
    4. 1-Day Data Plan includes a continuous 24-hour session upon your subscription.
    5. 7-Day Data Plan includes a continuous 168-hour session upon your subscription.
    6. If you subscribe to one Unlimited Data Plan, Internet access will stop after the prescribed time limit of your Unlimited Data Plan expires. (Your $8, $28, and $78 Unlimited Data Plan will not be automatically renewed).

    3. Your $88 30-day, $176 60-day, $264 90-day Unlimited Data Plan will be renewed automatically every 30, 60 or 90 days after subscription respectively.  To unsubscribe from your Unlimited Data Plan, please dial *101#420# ($88 30-day), *101#426# ($176 60-day) or *101#430# ($264 90-day) from your handset.
  2. Fair Usage Policy applies, after you have reached the fair usage level of 15GB, or the fair usage of 15GB in 30 days for the Unlimited Data Plans of $88 for 30 days, $176 for 60 days and $264 for 90 days, you can continue to use the service.   3. If your network speed is capped at 128 kbps in accordance with our Fair Use Policy, you may pay the $18 Network Speed Resetting Fee which allows the reset of the network speed to the original network speed specifications as specified by your existing Unlimited Data Plan for the next 15GB of your unlimited local data. The resetting of network speed can only be done per 24 hours-interval. The expiry date of your existing Unlimited Data Plan subscription shall remain unchanged.

Terms & Conditions for Free TipIDD Promotion
  1. You are entitled 1500 IDD minutes calling from your Kumusta Ka Prepaid SIM to a maximum of five (5) different Globe/ TM mobile numbers in the Philippines (except numbers starting with 63817, 63937 and 63996). Entitled IDD minutes is valid for 30 days, unused IDD minutes will be forfeited at the end of 30-day period. To use TipIDD, please dial prefix 1513 then the Globe/TM number (including country code).
  2. IDD calls on TipIDD will be charged on a per-minute basis. Local airtime rate of $0.15/minute applies.
  3. TipIDD is provided by Globe Telecom and intended for the User’s personal use only. It may be terminated at any time without prior notice based on Globe/TM’s terms and conditions.
  4. Promotion period runs till 31 Mar, 2019.

  1. The Todo TipIDD subscription (“TipIDD”) is only available to Kumusta Ka Prepaid SIM users (“Users”).
  2. Promotion period runs from 5 July 2018 to 31 March 2019.
  3. TipIDD entitles Users to 400 IDD minutes calling from their Kumusta Ka Prepaid SIM to Globe/ TM mobile numbers in the Philippines (except numbers starting with 63817, 63937 and 63996). Upon successful subscription to TipIDD, Users will receive an SMS confirming their subscription.
  4. To use TipIDD, please dial prefix 1513 then the Globe/TM number (including country code). If the 1513 prefix is not used, standard IDD rates will apply irrespective of subscription to TipIDD.
  5. IDD calls on TipIDD will be charged on a per-minute basis. Local airtime rate of $0.15/minute will also be charged accordingly. If there is insufficient balance to cover the cost of the local call, IDD minutes will not be usable until the account is topped up prior to expiry of subscription.
  6. TipIDD is provided by Globe Telecom and intended for the User’s personal use only. It may be terminated at any time without prior notice based on Globe/TM’s terms and conditions.
  7. A maximum of five (5) different Globe/TM numbers may be called per subscription to the TipIDD
  8. TipIDD is valid for 7 days, in the form of one 168-hour session commencing from each subscription and automatically expires at the end of subscription.
  9. If the subscription to TipIDD is terminated or the 400 minutes are used up before expiry, calls to Globe/TM using the prefix 1513 will no longer be recognised by the system.
  10. During peak hours of service, customers may encounter difficulties accessing TipIDD.

  1. Viu Premium Service is provided to KK SIM or csl eligible prepaid customers. Viu Premium Service is a service under Viu. To utilize the Viu Premium Service, you are required to download and successfully install the Viu app from Google Play or App Store through eligible mobile devices and successfully go through the subscription process
  2. Viu (the “Service”) is available in either Chinese or English interfaces. Available content may vary between Chinese and English interface.
  3. The quality of downloaded videos of the Service is SD (standard definition) on smartphones and HD on tablets. Video quality depends on customer’s mobile device, service location, network coverage and usage.
  4. Downloaded videos can be retained by the Viu app for 7 days only.
  5. Unless specified from the above offer, you are using local data to access to the Service, the utilized data usage will be deducted from the entitlement of your local data plan.

Terms and Conditions of Share-A-Load:
  1. You need to maintain a minimum stored-value balance of $10 on your Prepaid SIM card after each Share-a-Load transaction in order to continue to use the Share-a-Load service.
  2. Once the Share-a-Load transaction has been accepted by Kumusta Ka, the load will be shared to the recipient and the equivalent amount in HKD will be deducted from your Prepaid SIM card. For example, Kumusta Ka Prepaid SIM card user shares PHP100 to Globe Prepaid SIM user, HKD21 will be deducted from the Kumusta Ka Prepaid SIM card account.
  3. You will be charged a service fee of HK $0.20 per Share-a-Load transaction.
  4. The Share-a-Load rates will be adjusted without prior notice.

  1. The Service is available in two (2) packages covering designated destinations as follows:
    Roaming 1-Day Data Pass: $48/500M/Day for Mainland China, Macau, Taiwan, Philippines and Indonesia Roaming 30-Day data pass: $118/1GB/30 Days for Philippines and Indonesia
    1. Roaming 1-Day Pass with 500MB will be valid for 1 day, and the cut-off time is 23:59 HK time of the date of activation regardless of the activation time of roaming destination. Any unused Mobile Data entitlement will be forfeited after the cut-off time.
    2. Roaming 1-Day Pass is only applicable when roaming in Mainland China, Macau, Taiwan, Philippines and Indonesia.
    3. You can subscribe to more than one Roaming 1-Day Pass at the same time. Each subsequent Roaming 1-Day Data Pass will expire at 23:59 HK Time on the following day. For example, if you subscribed to a Roaming 1-Day Pass 2 times, then the second Roaming 1-Day Pass will expire at 23:59 HK Time the following day. Any un-used data allocation from the previous Roaming 1-Day Data Pass will be added to the entitlement of the newly subscribed Roaming 1-Day Data Pass as long as the previous one is still active at the time of the subsequent subscription.
    4. You cannot subscribe to the Roaming 1-day Pass and Roaming 30-day Pass simultaneously.
    1. Roaming 30-Day Pass with 1GB will be valid for 30 days, and the cut-off time is 23:59 HK Time of the 30th day regardless of the activation time of roaming destination. Any unused Mobile Data entitlement will be forfeited after the cut-off time.
    2. Roaming 30-Day Pass is only applicable when roaming in the Philippines and Indonesia.
    3. You may subscribe to multiple Roaming 30-Day Pass simultaneously and each subsequent Roaming 30-Day Data Pass will expire at 23:59 HK Time on the following month. For example, if you subscribed to a Roaming 30-Day Pass 2 times, then the second Roaming 30-Day Pass will expire at 23:59 HK Time the following 30th day. Any un-used data allocation from the previous Roaming 30-Day Pass will be added to the entitlement of the newly subscribed Roaming 30-Day Pass as long as the previous one is still active at the time of the subsequent subscription.
    4. You cannot subscribe to the Roaming 30-day Pass and Roaming 1-day Pass simultaneously.
  2. The Service applies to roaming Mobile Data usage such as Internet Browsing, Roaming MMS, WAP and tethering but excludes BitTorrent, Peer to Peer file sharing (such as FTP file sharing and webcam applications) and Peer Casting type applications (such as PPLive and PPStream). CSL Mobile Limited (“CSL/we”) reserves the right to suspend or terminate your use of the roaming Mobile Data service if you breach any of our terms and conditions.
  3. The Service is not applicable to aircraft roaming/maritime roaming/satellite roaming.
  4. The actual experience of the roaming Mobile Data service will be affected depending on where you roam and the roaming operator you roam with.
  5. We reserve the right to change the Service and these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of dispute, our decision shall be final.

Terms and Conditions of KingKing Voice Roaming Service:
  1. Customers are required to download the KingKing application to utilize this service.
  2. KingKing is compatible only with certain handsets (please refer to http://www.hkcsl.com/en/KK-voice-call-service-2nd/ ).
  3. $8/day, $88/30days for making outgoing calls to any Hong Kong phone number or receiving incoming calls from anywhere in the world via KingKing, cut off time of the day plan package is 23:59 HK time on expire day.
  4. IDD charges apply if making calls to non-Hong Kong phone numbers, and local voice call minutes will be charged for the duration of such a call during all calls.
  5. Charges for Wi-Fi connectivity and IDD charges (if any) are additional.
  6. Local voice call minutes will be charged for using KingKing application to make/receive calls in Hong Kong.

    • Apple Devices – Minimum operating system requirement(s): Apple iPhone/iPod Touch - iOS 7.0.1 and up.

    1.b) Internet Connection

    • Except for The Now Pinoy TV App, turn off other unnecessary running applications to free up more system resources.
    • Do not upload or download any files when playing video so as to minimize impact on the quality of video playback.
