Local Data
 
1. 600Mbps is our network specification for downlink of 4G LTE-A network (with 75Mbps for uplink) provided via three sections of 20MHz continuous 4G spectrum each, which is only available to designated locations with the use of a compatible device. Actual speeds that customers experience are less than the specifications and will be affected by the device used, locations, network conditions and other extraneous factors.
2. Data Passes:
a. Any unused Local Mobile Data usage of Data Passes would be forfeited upon expiry of data pass validity period.
b. You may subscribe more than one 2-Hour Data Passes simultaneously, all the Data Passes will be valid until the latest expiry date of the subscribed Data Passes and you may use the Local Mobile Data usage included in all the Data Passes at any time during the extended validity period.
c. You may subscribe more than one 1-Day/3-Day/7-Day Data Passes simultaneously, all the Data Passes will be valid until the latest expiry date of the subscribed Data Passes and you may use the Local Mobile Data usage included in all the Data Passes at any time during the extended validity period.
d. 30-Day data pass will be renewed automatically every 30 days (23:59 on 30th day) after subscription. Any unused usage cannot be carried forward to the next 30-Day period and will be forfeited at the end of the respective period. To unsubscribe this service, please login csl app to cancel the service from package subscription, the cut-off time is 23:59 on the expiry date. If you subscribe to multiple 30-Day Data Passes simultaneously, the remaining data balance of the existing data pass will be forfeited, and the new entitlement will take effect immediately. After you have reached the fair usage level for “Unlimited Data Pass”, you can still continue to use the service. However, your network specification will be lowered to 512kbps. But tethering, streaming, FTP, VoIP and P2P applications (incl. BitTorrent) will not be supported. CSL Mobile Limited complies with OFCA’s Guidelines for the Implementation of Fair Usage Policy for the Provision of Mobile and Fixed Broadband Services and will not at any time cap your data network specification below 512kbps. You will receive an SMS notification once you have reached the fair usage level and the fair usage policy is in place. Actual speeds that customers experience are considerably less than the specifications and will be affected by the device used, locations, network conditions and other extraneous factors.
e. You may subscribe more than one 365-Day Data Pass, all the Data Passes will be valid until the latest expiry date of the subscribed Data Passes will be extended 365 days after subscription of 365-Day Data Pass and you may use the Local Mobile Data usage included in all the Data Passes at any time during the extended validity period. f. If you subscribe to multiple 2-Hour and 1-Day/3-Day/7-Day Data Passes simultaneously, all the 2-Hour Data Passes will be used first in accordance with sub-clause (b) of this clause. After the local Mobile Data included in all the 2-Hour Data Passes has been used up, your local Mobile Data usage will be deducted from the 1-Day/3-Day/7-Day Passes, validity and data usage of all 30-Day Passes will be in accordance with sub-clause (c) of this clause.
g. If you subscribe to multiple 1-Day/3-Day/7-Day and 30-Day Data Passes simultaneously, all the 1-Day/3-Day/7-Day Data Passes will be used first in accordance with sub-clause (c) of this clause. After the local Mobile Data included in all the 1-Day/3-Day/7-Day Data Passes has been used up, your local Mobile Data usage will be deducted from the 30-Day Passes, validity and data usage of all 30-Day Passes will be in accordance with sub-clause (d) of this clause.
h. If you subscribe to multiple 2-Hour, 1-Day/3-Day/7-Day and 30-Day Data Passes simultaneously, all the 2-Hour Data Passes will be used first in accordance with sub-clause (b) of this clause. After the local Mobile Data included in all the 2-Hour Data Passes has been used up, your local Mobile Data usage will be deducted from the 1-Day/3-Day/7-Day Data Passes, validity of which will be in accordance with sub-clause (c) of this clause. After the local Mobile Data included in all the 1-Day/3-Day/7-Day Passes has been used up, your local Mobile Data usage will be deducted from the 30-Day Data Passes.
i. If you subscribe to multiple 2-Hour, 1-Day/3-Day/7-Day, 30-Day and 365-Day Passes simultaneously, all the 2-Hour Data Passes will be used first in accordance with sub-clause (b) of this clause. After the local Mobile Data included in all the 2-Hour Data Passes has been used up, your local Mobile Data usage will be deducted from the 1-Day/3-Day/7-Day Data Passes, validity of which will be in accordance with sub-clause (c) of this clause. After the local Mobile Data included in all the 1-Day/3-Day/7-Day Passes has been used up, your local Mobile Data usage will be deducted from the 365-Day Data Passes, validity of which will be in accordance with sub-clause (e) of this clause. After the local Mobile Data included in all the 365-Day Passes has been used up, your local Mobile Data usage will be deducted from the 30-Day Data Passes.
3. 2-Hour Data Pass includes a continuous 120-minute session upon your subscription.
4. 1-Day/3-Day/7-Day/30-Day/365-Day Pass is based on a continuous 24-hours per day.
5. After activation of Pay As You Go Local Data service, if there is no any activated Data Pass or its data has been used up, Local Data will be counted as $1/100MB. To unsubscribe this service, please login csl app to cancel the service from package subscription.

Roaming  

1. Any unused Local Mobile Data usage of Data Passes would be forfeited upon expiry of data pass validity period.
2. The valid date of “Data Pass” will be same as card validity. The longest valid date is 365 days.
3. You may subscribe more than one “Data Pass” with same destination. All the Data Passes in “Data Pass” will be valid until card validity, you may use the Mobile Data usage included in all the Data Passes at any time during the extended validity period.
4. India & Cambodia only provide 3G service.
5. The cut-off time of 30-Day / 365-Day Pass data usage is 23:59 HK Time (GMT+8:00) on the 30th /365th day from the subscription day. Any unused Mobile Data entitlement will be forfeited after the cut-off time.
6. Ability of mobile data service depends on your roaming destination or the local network coverage.
7. After you have reached the fair usage level for “Unlimited Data Pass”, you can still continue to use the service. However, your network specification will be lowered to 128kbps. But tethering, streaming, FTP, VoIP and P2P applications (incl. BitTorrent) will not be supported. 8. You may subscribe to multiple unlimited roaming data pass (same roaming destinations and same duration). When applying for an unlimited roaming data pass, the remaining data balance of the existing roaming data pass will be forfeited, and the new entitlement will take effect immediately.
9. The Service is not applicable to aircraft roaming/maritime roaming/satellite roaming.

^  The local data usage of Viu Premium Lite Service for viewing & download programs will be waived. The local Mobile Data usage included in the Service can be used for browsing, downloading and viewing videos within the Viu App only. The Mobile Data usage for viewing of video advertisement broadcasted in the Viu App, accessing or downloading content from other websites (such as banner advertisement) or/and any other websites (for example, advertisement from third party) redirecting from the Viu App will be deducted from your Service Plan..
