1. This Offer is valid from 9 May 2024 to 31 May 2024, both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).
2. This Offer is only applicable to selected csl customers who have received the designated promotional MMS (“Selected csl Customers”).
3. During the Promotion Period, Selected csl Customers who submit application for a designated service through MoneyHero Global Limited (“MoneyHero”) by the designated website link provided in the designated promotion MMS (the “Eligible Customer”), can get 6 pieces of Now E Premier League and LALIGA EA SPORTS 1-Month Pass for Free or HK$1,000 Apple Store gift card or HK$1,000 Wellcome Supermarket coupon (the “Gifts”) from MoneyHero.
4. Eligible Customers will receive the MoneyHero Reward Redemption Form (the "Reward Redemption Form") issued by MoneyHero within 7 days by email after application submitted for the designated service. Eligible Customers are required to complete and submit the Reward Redemption Form to MoneyHero within 7 days after receiving the Reward Redemption Form in order to be eligible for the Gifts. Eligible Customers who fail to submit the Reward Redemption Form within this period will not be eligible to receive the Gifts, even if they fulfill all other conditions. Eligible Customers who qualify to receive the Gifts will receive a notification email from MoneyHero for confirming redemption detail for the Gifts. Eligible customers who provide inaccurate or incorrect information in the Reward Redemption Form will not be able to receive the Gifts. The redemption process may take at least 16 weeks starting from the date of promotion period ends, and the time required may vary due to different actual circumstances.
