5G Flagship Handset Fast Pass Terms and Conditions (Exclusive consumption voucher offer from 5G Service Plan [Early bird offer])

The 5G Flagship Handset Fast Pass (“Fast Pass”) is applicable only when subscribing to a Exclusive consumption voucher offer from 5G Service Plan (Early bird offer) or designated 5G service plan.
Customer can get up to one Fast Pass per registration mobile number, and each Fast Pass can only be used once, each of which grants priority when registering for only ONE new 5G handset launched in 2021 (“designated 5G handset”).
To use this Fast Pass, the customer must be using our 5G service plan, and subscribe to, or upgrading to, or recontracting for, a prevailing designated 5G service plan (service plan fee and details depend on official 5G service plan announcement when launched).
Customers must download the csl app to receive the Fast Pass. It will be found in the csl app’s “My Account”> “My Wallet & Rewards" >“Coupon Wallet” section after one day of a designated 5G service plan being activated.
Duly registered Fast Pass customers will be instructed by SMS from csl to preregister for a designated 5G handset and subscribing to, or upgrading to, or recontracting for, a prevailing designated 5G service plan (service plan fee and details depend on official 5G service plan announcement when launched). Enter the 5G Flagship Handset Fast Pass number at the designated 5G handset preregistration page as a priority. Customer must present the Fast Pass, or provide the Fast Pass number, when purchasing a designated 5G handset and subscribing to, or upgrading to, or recontracting for, a prevailing designated 5G service plan (service plan fee and details depend on official 5G service plan announcement when launched). Number of places is limited and available on a first-come-first-served basis.
According to the same conditions, a customer who possesses a Fast Pass or other identical fast pass can get higher priority to order a designated 5G handset than customers who do not possess a Fast Pass. In the event of dispute over ordering with priority, csl reserves the right of final determination.
Registering for this Fast Pass does not mean a customer is waiting to purchase a designated 5G handset or product. In order to execute the Fast Pass, a customer needs to register for a new 5G handset at a designated 5G preregistration webpage. Customer needs to enter the Fast Pass serial number in order to register for a designated new 5G handset.
The Fast Pass must be used within 365 days after the activation date of the designated 5G service plan and will become invalid after the expiry date. The Fast Pass can be used only by a customer subscribing to a designated 5G service plan, and is non-transferrable. When executing the Fast Pass, please present it, along with your HKID.
csl can give no assurance as to the date handsets become available, as supply is dependent on stock delivered by suppliers. Information on designated 5G handset suppliers, models and other details will be carried by csl’s website.
The 5G Flagship Handset Fast Pass cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
An expired, lost, damaged or copied Fast Pass will not be accepted, and no form of compensation will be forthcoming.
An incomplete, damaged or copied Fast Pass will not be accepted.
This Fast Pass cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, promotion, eGift Voucher, gift voucher or interest-free credit card installment plan.
CSL Mobile Limited reserves the right to amend or cancel the Fast Pass, and/or amend these Terms & Conditions without notice.
In the event of inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions, the English shall prevail.
In the event of dispute, CSL Mobile Limited reserves the right of final determination.
