2022 (Phase II) Consumption Voucher Scheme – 2022 Hero Handset Early Bird Bundle - Terms and Conditions

General
1. 2022 (Phase II) Consumption Voucher Scheme – 2022 Hero Handset Early Bird Bundle (the “Bundle”) includes:
(i). HK$2,200 Early Bird Handset Coupon; and
(ii). 2022 5G Flagship Handset Fast Pass
2. By subscribing to the Bundle, you confirm to have read, understood and accepted
(i). theses terms and conditions,
(ii). HK$2,200 Early Bird Handset Coupon Special Terms and Conditions, and
(iii). 2022 5G Flagship Handset Fast Pass Special Terms and Conditions
3. The Bundle is available to customers of designated CSL postpaid services (the “Designated Mobile Services”) only. Eligible customers must:
(i). subscribe to the Bundle on or before designated date;
(ii). elect to pay the Bundle fee with a Tap & Go account which is designated to receive the 2022 (Phase II) Consumption Voucher (the “Tap & Go CVS Account”); HKT Payment Limited (the “HKT Payment”) is responsible for Tap & Go (Stored Value Facilities Licence No. SVF0002), a stored value facility operator designated by the Government under the 2022 (Phase II) Consumption Voucher Scheme (the “Designated SVF”);
(iii). elect to receive SMS bill; and
(iv). be eligible for 2022 (Phase II) Consumption Voucher Scheme (the “Scheme”)
4. The Bundle fee is HK$2,000 (the “Bundle fee”).
Payment of fees and charges
5. You must settle the Bundle fee with your Tap & Go CVS Account and you must sign the Tap & Go Direct Debit Authorization Form.
6. The Bundle fee will be deducted from your designated Tap & Go CVS Account on or after 7 August 2022.
7. If the Bundle fee is not successfully deducted from your designated Tap & Go CVS Account for whatever reason, the unpaid amount will be deducted under your designated autopay instructions designated in the Mobile Service Agreement (if any) or you must pay the unpaid amount using other payment methods acceptable to us in accordance with the Mobile Service Agreement.
8. The Bundle fee payment and bill schedule may be changed by us from time to time in light of any changes to the terms and conditions of the Scheme;
9. For avoidance of doubt, the above payment timelines are applicable regardless of whether and when you are eligible to claim or receive, or have received any disbursements under the Scheme by the timeline set out in sub-paragraph 6 above or at all.
10. If there are any Other Fees and Charges in the bill, you must pay the same using other payment methods acceptable to us in accordance with the Mobile Service Agreement.
11. Any overpaid amount will be carried forward to your next bill unless otherwise indicated by us.
12. Save for the Bundle fee, the bills for all other fees and charges such as fees for value-added services, IDD charges, direct carrier bills and thereafter usage (the “Other Fees and Charges”) will be issued to you on a monthly basis.
13. If your Designated Mobile Service is terminated before the expiry of Commitment Period for any reason, you will be required to pay the remaining balance of the Bundle fee.
Others
14. Unless otherwise specified, the offers and privileges under the Bundle cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, offer or promotion and is non-transferable nor exchangeable for cash or other products/services.
15. We reserve the right to terminate or change the Bundle and/or these Terms and Conditions (including, but not limited, to the billing schedule) at any time without prior notice in the event of any dispute. We reserve the right to make the final decision in the event of any dispute.
16. For avoidance of doubt, you are liable to pay the Bundle fee in its entirety and in accordance with the timelines set out above regardless
(i). when you will receive the disbursements under the Scheme and
(ii). whether you are eligible for the any disbursements under the Scheme at all.
17. The Bundle is subject to the Mobile Service Agreement of CSL Mobile Limited (“CSL”), please visit www.hkcsl.com/en/mobile-service-agreement-consumer-customers/ (csl) or https://www.1010.com.hk/en/terms_and_conditions (1O1O).
18. If there is any inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
HK$2,200 Early Bird Handset Coupon (the “Coupon”) Special Terms and Conditions:
1. The Coupon is valid for one year from the issue date.
2. To redeem the Coupon, you are required to settle the remaining balance of the transaction with your designated Tap & Go CVS account or any other Tap & Go account. In the event that the remaining balance of the transaction is more than HK$3000, you are required to pay at least HK$3000 with your designated Tap & Go CVS account or any other Tap & Go account.
3. Customers must download the csl/1O1O app to receive the Coupon. It will be uploaded to the Coupon Wallet in the csl/1O1O app on or after 12 August 2022.
4. The Coupon can be used only at designated csl shops or 1O1O Center (except K11 MUSEA, Maritime Square, East Point City and MOSTown) and designated csl points of sale at HKT shops. It cannot be used towards transactions completed online or via hotlines.
5. The Coupon can be used only towards purchase of designated mobile or mobile gadget at their suggested retail price and non-discounted price.
6. The Coupon can be redeemed one time only, and must be redeemed for its full-face value. No change will be given if the full value of the Coupon has not been redeemed.
7. The Coupon cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, promotions, e-Gift vouchers, gift vouchers or credit card interest-free installment plan.
8. The Coupon cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash or other products. It cannot be used to settle monthly mobile plan payment or any early termination charge.
9. No refund or exchange for any purchases using the Coupon.
10. The Coupon will not be re-issued if it is lost, stolen or expired.
11. Incomplete, damaged or printed the Coupon will not be accepted.
12. In the event of inconsistencies between the Chinese and English version, the English version shall prevail.
13. CSL Mobile Limited (“CSL”) may vary these Special Terms and Conditions from time to time and it reserves the right of final determination in the case of dispute.
2022 5G Flagship Handset Fast Pass (the “Fast Pass”) Special Terms and Conditions:
1. To redeem the Fast Pass, you must have a remaining unexpired commitment period of at least 12 bill months under your contract with CSL for a designated postpaid plan (the “Plan”).
2. You can get up to one Fast Pass per registration mobile number, and each Fast Pass can only be used once, each of which grants priority when registering for only ONE new 5G handset launched in 2022 (the “Designated 5G handset”). Number of Fast Pass is limited and available on a first-come-first-served basis.
3. Customers must download the csl/1O1O app to receive the Fast Pass. It will be uploaded to the Coupon Wallet in the csl/1O1O app on or after 12 August 2022.
4. Possessing the Fast Pass does not mean that a customer has signed up for the waiting list to purchase a designated 5G handset or product. Duly registered Fast Pass customers will be instructed by an SMS from CSL to preregister for a designated 5G handset. Customer must enter the Fast Pass number at the designated 5G handset preregistration page to enjoy the priority to purchase the designated 5G handset. Customer must present the Fast Pass or provide the Fast Pass number when purchasing a designated 5G handset.
5. According to the same conditions, a customer who possesses a Fast Pass can get higher priority to order a designated 5G handset than customers who do not possess a Fast Pass. In the event of dispute over ordering with priority, CSL reserves the right of final determination.
6. The Fast Pass must be used within 365 days from the date of issuance and will become invalid after the expiry date. The Fast Pass can only be used by a customer subscribing to a designated 5G service plan and without any overdue payment. The Fast Pass is non-transferrable. When redeeming the Fast Pass, customer must present it along with a valid identify proof.
7. CSL can give no assurance as to the date handsets become available, as supply is dependent on stock delivered by suppliers. Information on designated 5G handset suppliers, models and other details will be carried by csl or 1O1O official website.
8. The Fast Pass cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
9. An expired, lost, damaged or copied Fast Pass will not be accepted, and no form of compensation will be forthcoming.
10. An incomplete, damaged or copied Fast Pass will not be accepted.
11. The Fast Pass cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, promotion, eGift Voucher, gift voucher or interest-free credit card installment plan.
12. CSL Mobile Limited reserves the right to amend or cancel the Fast Pass, and/or amend these Special Terms & Conditions without notice.
13. In the event of inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions, the English shall prevail.
14. In the event of dispute, CSL Mobile Limited reserves the right of final determination.
