| ^ | CSL Mobile Limited is exclusive among Hong Kong’s mobile network operators for selling Enabot ROLA PetTracker (“Product”). | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 1. | Customers are required to subscribe to this service plan for a commitment period of 24 months or more. The monthly fee of HK$108 service plan includes 10GB of local data per month with thereafter maximum uplink and downlink for data access at 1 Mbps. The monthly fee of HK$128 service plan includes 20GB of local data per month with thereafter maximum uplink and downlink for data access at 1 Mbps. For customers who sign a 36-month commitment, they will receive a monthly rebate of $10. Prepayment required, prepayment sum and additional rebate amount will be credited to your csl account by installments during the commitment period. An Administration Fee of HK$18 per month applies to all plans. Service Plan do not include any value-added services, IDD, Wi-Fi, roaming data, and other services. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 2. | The data included in the Enabot ROLA pet tracking service plan is only applicable to designated device and for local use. If this plan is used on other devices, resulting in any additional costs, the customer will also be responsible for those expenses. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 3. | This service plan is only available for designated locations with the use of compatible devices. Actual speeds customers experience will be less than the specifications and will be affected by the device used, location, network conditions and other extraneous factors. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| 5. | We are not the provider, operator or manufacturer of the Offer. We make no representation or guarantee to any aspect of the Product (including but not limited to their quality) and shall not in any way be liable to any matters in relation to the Product. | 9. | In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. In the event of dispute in relation to this Promotion, our decisions shall be final.
