The promotion starts from 6 July 2024 to 15 July 2024 ("Promotion Period"). During the Promotion Period, Participant may win specific daily grand prize at designated game period dates and times. Details of the specific dates and times can be referred to in the below table. |

To be eligible to participate in this promotion, participants must age 18 or above, be physically located and participate in Hong Kong have downloaded AR Lens app and have registered on the app using a valid Hong Kong registered mobile number ("Participant(s)"). Employees of HKT group and CSL and their immediate family members are not allowed to participate in this promotion. |

Participants should access AR Lens app and enter to “EuroEverywhere” Zone to join the game. Participant who participates the game on each designated game period and uses the shortest time to correctly click on 10 European Cup participating countries’ visuals in each designated day shall receive the eCoupon for the redemption of the Daily Grand Prize:

The daily winner who correctly clicks on 10 European Cup participating countries in the shortest time in each designated game period will receive the designated game daily grand prize. If participants have the same completion time in the game, the winner will be the one who joined the game first, based on the system time of the AR Lens. |

During the entire event period (from July 6 – 15 July 2024), there will be a total of 4 game rounds. Each AR Lens user can only win the grand prize once within these 4 rounds. |

8. |
Participants will receive eCoupon through the AR Lens app. Participants must collect the designated Daily Grand Prize (“gift(s)”) at the designated location and date and/or use the eCoupon in a corresponding channel. Copies of the eCoupon will not be accepted. Gift redemption is subject to relevant terms and conditions which are set out on the AR Lens app and relevant eCoupon. |

The result of Daily Grand Prize winner will be announced on the Facebook pages of Now TV/csl/1O1O/Netvigator. |

All eCoupons are not transferable or redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged. |

11. |
AR Lens App is provided by CSL. CSL will not be responsible for any delay in or loss, error, or illegibility of any information submitted by Participants due to technical issues with computers, communication tools, networks, or any other problems beyond the reasonable control of CSL. |

12. |
Unless stated otherwise in the terms and conditions of the gifts, CSL are not the manufacturer or supplier of the gifts and shall not be liable for the gifts (including, but not limited to, the quality of the gifts or any ongoing maintenance of the gifts). The relevant manufacturer or supplier of the gifts shall bear all the obligations and responsibilities of the gift provided by it. Please contact the gifts suppliers for the details. |

If CSL suspects that a Participant has (i) carried out any activity that is or is related to any abnormal/suspicious activity, (ii) used improper methods, has been fraudulent or has interrupted or interfered with any part of this promotion, causing technical problems, or (iii) been unfair, dishonest, provided false or incorrect information, (iv) intruded and/or modified systems in relation to the promotion in any way, (v) use any robot, spider, or other automatic or manual device, process, or means to access or take part in this promotion (vi) use any device, software, or routine that interferes with the proper working of this promotion (vii) introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technically harmful, or (viii) any violated of these terms and conditions or any applicable laws or regulations; CSL may disqualify the Participant from participating in this promotion (in its absolute cancel discretion) without any notice and without any responsibility to any person, and reserves the right to seek compensation from the Participant. |

CSL reserve the right to vary or cancel this promotion or amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice. In case of any dispute, CSL reserves the right of final decision. |

In the event of inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms & conditions, the English version shall prevail. |
