Terms and Conditions:

1. Service is available in Chinese Only
2. The Service is provided by Hong Kong Economic Journal Co., Ltd and is provided pursuant to the terms and conditions of Hong Kong Economic Journal Co., Ltd's "HKEJ Mobile" Service as set out in http://www.hkej.com.
3. The Service is provided to csl customers who subscribed for mobile service plans with a data entitlement. To use the Service, you are required to subscribe to the "HKEJ Mobile" monthly pass and successfully install the "HKEJ Mobile" app from Google Play or App Store.
4. If you are using local mobile data to access to the Service, the data usage will be deducted from the entitlement of your csl plans. You will have to pay thereafter charges or top up charges if your usage exceeds your monthly entitlements.
5. All content are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible or liable for the quality, nature, accuracy and usefulness of the content.
6. The customer acknowledges that should the customer subscribe for the Service via CSL Mobile Limited, CSL Mobile Limited shall act as the billing agent to bill the customer for the use of the Service and shall receive from the customer the fees for the Service.
7. We reserve the right to change or terminate the Service or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, our decision shall be final.
