Terms & Conditions of free 5GB local data for 3 months privilege

  1. The free 5GB local data for 3 months privilege (“Privilege”) are eligible for selected existing csl/1O1O customers only who have been replied and activated designated privilege on or before 23:59 31st December 2022, each service plan can only subscribe the Privilege for one time.
  2. 5GB local bonus data for 3 months (totally 15GB) terms & condition
    • To enjoy the Privilege, you must be the selected existing customers of a designated 4G / 5G service plan (the “Designated Plan(s)”). Customer can enjoy 15GB 5G local mobile data (5GB per month, total 3 months). The 5G services will be terminated without extra changes afterwards, the remaining data will be forfeited at that time.
    • The Privilege can be registered by the Primary SIM only. 15GB of 5G local mobile data cannot be shared between the Primary SIM and all Secondary SIMs.
    • The existing Capacity Data Package will provide local 4.5G mobile data, while content provided as part of the existing service plan will remain unchanged.
    • The Privilege can be registered either by the Primary SIM / Secondary SIM holder in the case of customers subscribing to the Multi-User service plan. 15GB of 5G local mobile data cannot be shared between the Primary SIM and all Secondary SIMs.
    • Customers must use a 5G-compatible mobile phone in locations covered by 5G service. Actual speeds experienced will be considerably less than the network specifications suggest and will be affected by Internet conditions, server speeds, network conditions, coverage, location, device used, hardware, software, usage levels and other factors. Actual performance of a 5G-compatible mobile phone using our 5G network will be affected by location, spectrum allocation, network resources at any one time, and functions offered by the mobile phone concerned. 3G and/or 4.5G mobile service will be provided outside our 5G coverage.
  3. Unless otherwise stated, this Privilege cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer and is non-transferable nor exchangeable for cash or other products.
  4. All benefits under the Privilege shall be forfeited upon termination or expiry of the Designated Plan.
  5. The General Terms and Conditions of CSL Mobile Limited (“CSL”) apply (https://www.hkcsl.com/en/service-terms-and-conditions/) to the relationship between CSL and you in respect of the mobile service.
  6. CSL reserves the right to vary or cancel this Privilege and/or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice.
  7. In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail. In the event of dispute, decisions made by CSL will be final and binding.
