Winner must redeem the service redemption letter ("redemption letter") by presenting the voucher to the designated HKT event staff during the following periods: November 30 to December 3, 2023, and December 8 to 10, 2023. During the redemption process, the winner is required to provide his or her name and contact number to the staff for record-keeping purposes (the provided information will only be used for contact and verification purposes and will not be used for promotional purposes). |

The validity period of this redemption letter is from November 30, 2023, to January 31, 2024. Any redemption after the expiration date will be considered void. |

Winner must redeem the prize through the online sales team. |

Winner can redeem the prize once with the redemption number provided. After redeeming the prize, the redemption letter and the redemption number will become invalid. |

If winner fail to redeem the prize within the redemption period, the winner will forfeit the right to claim the prize without any compensation. |

This redemption letter will not be replaced if lost. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, other products, or transferred to another person. Photocopies of the redemption letter will not be accepted. |

Winner must verify the identity with CSL Mobile Limited ("CSL") when claiming the prize. |

If the winner has any outstanding payment records or bad account history with CSL, CSL will not be able to provide the prize to the winner until the bad account record is cleared. |

The prize is one set of free $398 110GB csl 5G mobile service plan (12 months). Winner must sign the relevant application for the csl mobile service and agree to the terms and conditions. |

The csl 5G mobile service plan (12 months) refers to a designated commitment period with a monthly fee of $398, including 110GB of local data and voice service plan with exemptions of $18 for MTR/tunnels/mobile telecommunications license/administrative fees. Winner is responsible for paying other charges outside the service plan. After the 12-month service period, the monthly fee will be charged at the prevailing rate for the service plan, along with the MTR/tunnels/mobile telecommunications license/administrative fees/value-added service fees at that time. If winner wishes to terminate the service, the winner can request termination at least 30 days in advance. |

If the winner is under 18 years old, the winner must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or custodian to collect the prize and have the service contract signed by the parent, guardian, or custodian to complete the award redemption process. |

The csl service plan is based on local usage. When the available local data usage for the month is used up, the local mobile data service will be temporarily suspended. The winner will need to purchase additional data usage to resume the service. For details on additional usage charges, please refer to the csl mobile service application form |

5G service is available in designated areas and requires compatible devices. Service will revert to 3G/4G when outside the 5G coverage area. |

In case of any dispute, CSL reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer and make final decisions on any disputes arising from it without prior notice. |
