Terms and Conditions:

1. Stock allocation is subject to availability.
2. Transfers of pre-registration status or entitlement to another person/entity are strictly prohibited.
3. You may cancel your pre-registration at any time before payment without in incurring any cost or liability.
4. No promotions, offers or discounts are applicable with this pre-registration.
5. Priority in the queue are determined as follows:
   • i. For new customers, the priority of processing your pre-registration will be subject to the time of your submission of a valid registration.
   • ii. For existing customers, the priority of processing your pre-registration will be in order of the expiry of your service contract.
   • iii. Once a pre-registration is submitted, no changes will be allowed. Any subsequent changes in your pre-registration will be regarded as a new pre-registration and your previous status in the queue shall be reset accordingly.
6. Upon submission of your pre-registration, you will receive a system-generated notice via SMS and/or email acknowledging receipt of submission. A subsequent confirmation notice will be sent to you once your pre-registration is verified and confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure your contact details are submitted accurately. When your new handset is available, you will be notified via phone, sms or email for collection in store or status of delivery.
7. You must collect the handset from the designated store in person within the timeframe as specified in our notification. Failure of which shall be deemed as forfeiture of your pre-registration.
8. No standalone handset purchase will be allowed.
9. We reserve the right to change the method of collection.
10. You are required to commit to a designated csl Service Plan and designated value-added service(s) for a Commitment Period of 24 months for each handset. Monthly service charges must be settled by bank direct debit or credit card autopay and prepayment must be settled by cash or credit card payment. Prepayment amount will be rebated into your csl account by monthly installments during the Commitment Period.
11. Please refer to our Mobile Service Agreement for terms and conditions with your mobile service.
12. For in store collection, we will activate the handset for you.For delivery orders, handsets will be activated before delivery. Upon activation, handset cannot be exchanged or returned.
13. We reserve the right and absolute discretion to terminate or change this pre-registration, the pricing of the handset, the designated csl Service Plan and/or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, our decision shall be final.
