Protection for your iPhone 6s & 6s Plus

AppleCare+ for iPhone extends your repair coverage and technical support to two years from the original purchase date of your iPhone. And it adds coverage for up to two incidents of accidental damage from handling, each subject to a HK$788 service fee.1


Apple hardware coverage

AppleCare+ provides repair or replacement coverage, both parts and labor, from Apple-authorized technicians. Coverage includes the following:

  • Your iPhone
  • Battery
  • Included earphones and accessories
  • Coverage for up to two incidents of accidental damage, each subject to a fee of HK$788 for iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus.

 


Software support included

With AppleCare+ for iPhone, Apple experts can help troubleshoot issues with your iPhone, iOS and iCloud, and Apple-branded apps, including:

  • Using iOS and iCloud
  • Questions about Apple-branded iPhone apps such as FaceTime, Mail, and Calendar
  • Connecting to wireless networks

Because Apple designs the iPhone, iOS, and many applications, the iPhone is a truly integrated system. And only AppleCare+ provides one-stop service and support from Apple experts, so most issues can be resolved in a single call.

  • Direct access to Apple experts
  • Carry-in repair: Take your iPhone to an Apple Retail Store or other Apple Authorized Service Provider

In Hong Kong, Apple is the obligor in relation to all obligations under this Plan apart from the accidental damage from handling coverage. For the accidental damage from handling coverage, AIG Insurance Hong Kong Limited is the insurer under this Plan.

1 Service coverage is available only for the iPhone and its original included accessories that are defective in materials or workmanship or for battery depletion of 50 percent or more from original specification. The replacement equipment that Apple provides as part of the repair or replacement service may be new or equivalent to new in both performance and reliability.
