1O1O / csl / Club Sim – Now TV Junior Pack (Without Set-Top Box) Value-added Service During the promotion period, customer can subscribe to Now TV Junior Pack (without set-top box) at a discounted price and enjoy an additional 12GB of local mobile data (the "Promotion").  Subject to the relevant terms and conditions.   The Promotion includes • Subscribe to Now TV Junior Pack (without set-top box) at a discounted price of HK$58 per month (list price HK$68) with a commitment period of 12 months. • Enjoy an additional 1GB of local mobile data each month during the commitment period of 12 months, total 12GB. Terms and Conditions 1. This Promotion is offered by us, CSL Mobile Limited (“CSL”) and is valid from [date] to 31 December 2024, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). 2. To become an eligible customer ("Eligible Customer") under this Promotion, you must:  a. be an existing or new customer of 1O1O/ csl/ Club Sim monthly service plan and subscribe to Now TV Junior Pack (without set-top box) for a commitment period of 12 months (the "Designated Plan") during the promotion period; and b. never have registered for any Now TV service (with set-top box) or Now TV Junior Pack (without set-top box) with your Now ID. 3. Eligible Customer can enjoy an additional 1GB of local mobile data each month for 12 consecutive months (total 12GB) (the "Bonus Data") during the commitment period of the Designated Plan. 4. Upon successful activation of the Designated Plan, the Bonus Data will be credited to the mobile account registered for the Designated Plan, and the Eligible Customer will receive an SMS notification. 5. Starting from 14 July 2023, all users of the 1O1O / csl / Club Sim Sim monthly service plan can enjoy wavier for local data usage provided by the registered SIM card when streaming Now TV video contents and browsing on the Now TV app in Hong Kong.  For avoidance of doubt, the local data usage waiver is not applicable to data usage that incurred for downloading and updating of the App. The mobile data usage for viewing of video advertisement broadcasted in the Apps, accessing or downloading content from other websites (such as banner advertisement) or/and any other websites (for example, advertisement from third party) redirecting from the Apps will be deducted from your Service Plan. If customers download and/or use the Now TV app overseas, they may need to pay additional roaming data charges. 6. The Designated Plan is provided by Now TV Limited ("Now TV") and is subject to the relevant terms and conditions of Now TV.  For details, please refer to the terms and conditions of the Now TV Junior Pack (without set-top box). 7. Unless otherwise stated, the Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional or discount offer and are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash or other products. 8. If the Designated Plan is terminated prior to the expiry of the relevant commitment period for any reason, Eligible Customer will be required to pay the relevant early termination charge (being the monthly service fee for the Designated Plan x the remaining month(s) of the commitment period, whereby less than one month will be regarded as one full month for calculation purpose). 9. We are not the provider, operator or manufacturer of the Designated Plan.  We make no representation or guarantee to any aspect of the Designated Plan (including but not limited to their quality) and shall not in any way be liable to any matters in relation to the Designated Plan.  No compensation shall be forthcoming under any circumstances.  For enquires about the Designated Plan, please contact the Now TV directly. 10. Now TV reserves the right to amend the relevant terms and conditions governing the use of the Designated Plan at any time without notice. 13. In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.  In the event of dispute in relation to this Promotion, our decisions shall be final. 14. In the event of dispute in relation to the use of the Designated Plan, Now TV’s decisions shall be final. Terms and Conditions – Now TV Junior Pack (Without Set-Top Box) 1. Customers can subscribe to Now TV Junior Pack (without set-top box) at a discounted price of HK$58 per month (list price HK$68) with a commitment period of 12 months (the "Pack"). 2. After the commitment period, the monthly fee for this Pack will be HK$68 starting from the 13th month.  This Pack is not applicable to Now TV with Set-Top Box customers or Now TV customer who subscribed to Now TV Junior Pack (without set-top box). 3. All programs are subject to cancellation and/or suspension by the organiser. Dates and times of all programs and events may be subject to change from time to time, so please refer to official announcements by the organiser for the latest information. Please note that Now TV Limited ("Now TV")  cannot guarantee the continued availability of the content, channels, programmes and/or services on the Now TV services for the entire duration of your Now TV subscription; and it shall not be liable for any failure, unavailability or delay in the broadcast, of any content, channels and/or programmes. 4. Now TV services and Content will be provided to you and can only be accessed through internet streaming via the Now Apps (e.g. the Now TV app) on compatible mobile devices, and/or specific smart televisions, and/or Now TV Website on specific computer operating systems, browsers and applications. You will need to access Now TV services by using the Now Apps and Now TV Website by logging in using your Now ID and related log-in credentials. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Now TV Limited shall be final. 6. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
