ACTIVATION OF PREPAID SIM CARD

• Make/receive the first call or send the first SMS to activate this Prepaid SIM Card. Please activate this Prepaid SIM Card before the expiry date shown on the Prepaid SIM Card packaging.
• This Prepaid SIM Card will be valid for 180 days from the date of Prepaid SIM Card activation.

SERVICES AND CHARGES

1. Upon Prepaid SIM Card activation, the Activation Pack will be activated automatically and the fee of $58 will deducted from the stored value of your Prepaid SIM Card upon activation. The Activation Pack is valid for 180 days and includes unlimited Wi-Fi usage and local Mobile Data usage of 300 MB per 30 days. Any unused local Mobile Data usage cannot be carried forward and will be forfeited at the end of each 30-day period. The Activation Pack is only available once upon Prepaid SIM Card activation and cannot be subscribed again.
2. For IDD voice calls, local voice call charge $0.12/min applies in addition to IDD charges and these charges are calculated on a per minute basis.

4. Intra-network SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to other one2free prepaid customers, PCCW-HKT prepaid customers, 1O1O, csl and New World Mobility customers. International SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to users of overseas networks.
5. Data Passes and 30-Day Pass:
   (a) Any unused local Voice Call minutes and Local Mobile Data usage of Data Passes and 30-Day Pass would be forfeited upon expiry of data pass validity period.
   (b) If you subscribe to multiple 1-Day/3-Day/7-Day Data Passes simultaneously, all the Data Passes will be valid until the latest expiry date of the subscribed Data Passes and you may use the Local Mobile Data usage included in all the Data Passes at any time during the extended validity period.
   (c) If you subscribe to multiple 30-Day Passes simultaneously, all the Passes will be valid until the expiry date of the last subscribed Data Pass and you may use the Local Mobile Data usage and Voice Call minutes included in all the 30-Day Passes at any time during the extended validity period.
   (d) The validity of the Life Long Data Pass will last until expiry of the Prepaid SIM Card. If you subscribe to multiple Life Long Data Passes simultaneously, you may use the Local Mobile Data usage included in all the Data Passes at any time during the validity period.
   (e) If you subscribe to multiple 1-Day/3-Day/7-Day Data Passes and 30-Day Passes simultaneously, all the 1-Day/3-Day/7-Day Data Passes will be used first in accordance with sub-clause (b) of this clause. After the local Mobile Data included in all the 1-Day/3-Day/7-Day Data Passes has been used up, your local Mobile Data usage will be deducted from the 30-Day Passes, validity and data usage of all 30-Day Passes will be in accordance with sub-clause (c) of this clause.
   (f) If you subscribe to multiple 30-Day Passes and Life Long Data Passes simultaneously, all the 30-Day Passes will be used first in accordance with sub-clause (c) of this clause. After the local Mobile Data included in all the 30-Day Passes has been used up, your local Mobile Data usage will be deducted from the Life Long Data Passes.
   (g) If you subscribe to multiple 1-Day/3-Day/7-Day Data Passes and Life Long Data Passes simultaneously, all the 1-Day/3-Day/7-Day Data Passes will be used first in accordance with sub-clause (b) of this clause. After the local Mobile Data included in all the 1-Day/3-Day/7-Day Data Passes has been used up, your local Mobile Data usage will be deducted from the Life Long Data Passes.
6. Government license and administration fee will be imposed once you activate this Prepaid SIM Card. This fee will be waived for the first 30 days after activation, then will be deducted on the subsequent day and thereafter every 30 days.
7. Validity of the Prepaid SIM Card will be extended for 180 days from the date of recharge upon every recharge of HK$50 or above.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Prepaid SIM Card is made available to you by CSL Mobile Limited ("we/us") subject to the following terms and conditions and the General Terms and Conditions of the Prepaid SIM Card ("General Terms and Conditions"). Capitalised words are defined in the General Terms and Conditions.

1. By using the Prepaid SIM Card, you accept and agree to the General Terms and Conditions. You may view the General Terms and Conditions at www.hkcsl.com or request for a copy of the General Terms and Conditions by calling 24-hours Service Hotline 179 179.
2. The mobile phone number allocated to you is unique to your Prepaid SIM Card and is randomly assigned. You cannot change to or choose any other mobile phone number. If the Prepaid SIM Card expires or is terminated, you will no longer have access to the allocated mobile phone number.
3. Any unused stored-value of the Prepaid SIM Card is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash, services or other goods at any time.
4. The Prepaid SIM Card must be activated on or before the expiry date specified on the package
5. Intra-network SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to other one2free prepaid customers, PCCW-HKT prepaid customers, 1O1O, csl and New World Mobility customers. Inter-network SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to other Hong Kong networks. International SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to users of overseas networks.
6. The Mobile Services are only applicable to usage via Mobile Equipment which may be approved by us from time to time. We reserve the right to charge you for the usage via other devices.
7. Some Mobile Services require third party service provider applications and you agree to pay all additional fees charged by such third party providers for their applications.
8. The Mobile Services are for your personal and private use only and must not be used for any commercial purpose.
9. The Mobile Service provided under this Prepaid SIM Card is a 4G service (if applicable). In areas outside of our 4G coverage, you will be provided with a 3G mobile service. Actual speeds of Mobile Data and csl Wi-Fi services experienced are considerably less than the respective network specifications and will be affected by internet conditions, server speeds, network conditions, coverage, locations, the computer and device used, hardware, software, usage levels and other factors.
