“FWD Insurance Presents: MIRROR FEEL THE PASSION CONCERT TOUR 2024 · HONG KONG” Ticket Terms & Conditions:

1. Tickets of “FWD Insurance Presents: MIRROR FEEL THE PASSION CONCERT TOUR 2024 · HONG KONG” (the “Concert”) cannot be transferred or resold, whether partial or in full, and other persons cannot attend the Concert in place of the customers.  Tickets can only be used within the period specified on the tickets. Each ticket admits one person only.  Tickets are invalid if defaced or damaged.  Photocopies are not accepted.  Tickets are not replaceable nor compensable if lost, damaged or expired.  Admission is only allowed for person aged 6 or above.
2. All customers and attendees must follow MakerVille Company Limited (“Organiser”) terms and conditions of the Concert.  If customers and/or attendees fail to comply with such terms and conditions, Hong Kong Telecommunications (“HKT”) and/or its affiliates and/or the Organiser reserve(s) the right to disqualify the customers and/or attendees and/or forfeit the tickets.
3. Seats at the Concert will be allocated by the Organiser. The seats may be allocated in a non-sequential manner (including allocation in odd number sequence).  Decisions of the organizer shall be final.
4. Tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded or returned, or redeemed for cash or other products or services.  HKT is not responsible for the tickets in any way, including but not limited to the safety, suitability, quality and performance of the Concert.  Participants or customers shall agree that HKT shall not be held liable for any compensation for any issues and/or defects in relation to or the use of the tickets.  No receipt will be provided for any tickets.  Customers shall understand and agree that HKT or the Organiser shall not be held liable if the customers cannot utilise or enjoy the tickets for any reasons or suffer from personal injury or damage to property as a result of or in connection with the use or enjoyment of the tickets.
5. The venue of the Concert may be temporarily closed or suspended upon occurrence of any events beyond the control of the Organiser, including but not limited to the outbreak of infectious diseases or inclement weather (such as the hoisting of Tropical Cyclone Signal No.8 or higher, or Black Rainstorm warnings) on the date of the Concert.  Customers and attendees shall abide by all arrangements of the Organiser.  The Organiser reserves the right to reschedule the Concert without prior notice.  No compensation, reissuing or refund of any tickets will be arranged.
6. All persons attending the Concert must abide by the latest epidemic prevention measures announced by the Hong Kong Government and maintain proper social distance (including but not limited to wearing their own masks during the entire time at the venue) and all applicable terms and conditions and regulations of the Organiser, otherwise the Organiser has the right to refuse such persons from entering the venue.
7. The facilities or services or venues provided on the date of the Concert may occasionally become unavailable due to maintenance, renovation, or other reasons that are beyond HKT’s or the Organiser’s control without prior notice.  HKT shall not be liable for any disappointment, inconvenience caused, losses or damages as a result.
8. All customers and attendees accept and agree that HKT and/or its affiliates (and/or their respective employees, representatives, subcontractors and agents) and/or the Organiser may take and use their photographs and images for commercial purposes without payment, compensation or indemnity.

9. HKT is not the supplier or organizer of the Concert, and makes no representation or warranty as to the quality and safety of the facilities and services provided at or by the Concert.  HKT accepts no liability for any customers and attendees in relation to this Promotion or the Concert.  Except where required by law, under no circumstances will HKT be held liable for any damage, loss, personal injury, accident, delay or irregularity however occasioned, sustained or suffered during, or in relation to, the Concert.
10. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
