What is "My Account" ? |

"My Account" enables you to manage your csl account anytime, anywhere. You can check account information, unbilled usage, eBill and top-up your local mobile data usage through "My Account" . You can access "My Account" the following ways: |

i) |
Download and install the "My Account Check" app |
|
ii) |
Access the Infotainment service content (m.hkcsl.com) WAP portal (m.hkcsl.com) via your handset, or |
|
iii) |
The csl website (www.hkcsl.com). |

How do I register for "My Account" ? |
|
|
All you need in order to register for "My Account" is your csl’s number and your password. Your password is the 6-digit password you use for accessing the mobile hotline. If you have never set a password, your default password will be the first 6 digits (not including letters) of your HKID/passport/Business Registration number.
You can register for "My Account" the following ways: |

Go to csl’ s website (www.hkcsl.com), click " Registration" on the right-hand side of the main page.

ii) |
Dial *111# with your handset (not applicable to Windows OS handset models). |

I've forgotten my "My Account" password. What do I do? |

i) |
To retrieve your current password, go to csl’ s website (www.hkcsl.com), click " Forgot Password" under "Login" on the right-hand side of the main page.

ii) |
To set a new password, dial *111# with your handset (not applicable to Windows OS handset models). |

Where can I download "My Account Check" app? Is there an additional charge? |
|
|
Android and iPhone users can download and install the app for free from Google Play or the App Store by searching for "csl" . Mobile data charges apply when browsing, downloading and using the "My Account Check" app. |
