My Account Check
csl customers can check their mobile account information, unbilled voice usage, data usage and bills for the last 3 months, as well as to top-up mobile data usage anytime*
1. Login
Android and iPhone users can download and install the app for free from Google Play or App Store by searching for "csl".

1. Open the app and select "Settings" from the Menu > "Manage Account" > "Add new Account". Click "csl". |
|
2. Enter your mobile phone number and password, then click "Confirm".
(If you have not changed your password, the default password will be the first 6 digits of your HKID/passport/BR Registration No.) |
* Mobile data charges apply when browsing, downloading and using "My Account Check" app.
2. Check account information
You can check your account information, most recent bill , current balance and service status.

1. Select "Accounts" |

2. Choose "Summary" |
3. Check unbilled usage
You can check unbilled local mobile data usage, local voice-call airtime, local video-call airtime , roaming data and Wi-Fi usage, multimedia SMS and BlackBerry email usage.

4. Check bills
You can check your bills from the last 3 months.

1. Choose "Bills" and select a bill you want to check. |
|
2. Bill content will be shown. |
5. Top-up local mobile data usage^
You can top-up local mobile data usage anytime with the "My Account Check" app – and you can choose from different top-up packs.

|
1. Click "Detail & Top-up" in "Usage" |
|
2. Click "Top-up" |
|
3. Select the top-up pack and
click "Continue" |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
4. Confirm the Top-up pack |
|
5. Top-up is complete. |
|
6. You can use the new top-up
mobile data and check the
"Top-up History” instantly. |
^ This feature is applicable only to designated csl Tariff Plan users.
6. Pay csl bills at 7-Eleven
Present the QR code at any 7-Eleven to pay bills by cash.

Click “Summary > Pay bills at 7-Eleven” for the QR code of latest bill |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Click “Bills > Pay bills at 7-Eleven” for the QR code of latest 3 months’ bills |
