| csl 5G x Netvigator F5G-A “One-stop Home Broadband and Mobile Network Service Plan” (the “Service plan”) - csl 5G Service, NETVIGATOR 2500M Fiber-to-the-Home Broadband Service Plan, Now Signature Pack x Netflix (Standard Plan) (with a Set-Top Box) and HKT Home Phone Services Terms and Conditions: | |
| 1. | The Service Plan is only applicable to new csl consumer customers and designated customers. A 36-month commitment period is required, along with a monthly administrative fee of HK$18 and other related charges for the designated Service Plan. If this Service Plan is terminated for any reason during the commitment period, customers will be required to pay the relevant Early Termination Charge for the terminated Services (being the monthly service fee for the Service Plan x the remaining month(s) of the commitment period, whereby less than one month will be regarded as one full month for calculation purpose). |
| 2. | This Service Plan requires that the installation address for Netvigator, Now TV, and HKT Home Phone Services be identical and within the service coverage areas for all three services. The Service Plan is only applicable to new consumer customers and designated customers (whose service installation addresses must not have had any Netvigator, Now TV, or HKT Home Phone services installed within the three months prior to the application of the Service Plan). Customers must allow the relevant service providers to complete the installation of Netvigator, Now TV, and HKT Home Phone Services within one month after subscribing to this Service Plan. Even if customers are unable to complete the installation, use, or continue using any of these services for any reason, they are still required to pay the full monthly fee of HKD 498 and will not receive any refund for the service fees. If customers terminate the Service Plan for any reason before the commitment period ends, it will be regarded as a waiver of associated offers. They will be required to pay an early termination fee, which is the total of the remaining monthly fees for the commitment period. If customers terminate any related Netvigator, Now TV, or HKT home Phone Services before the commitment period expires for any reason, they will not receive any refund for the monthly service fees and must continue to fulfill the other terms of this Service Plan contract. Unless otherwise specified, this Service Plan cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, offers, or promotions, and is not transferable or redeemable for cash or other products. CSL, Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited ("HKT"), and/or Now TV Limited reserve the right to terminate or modify this Service Plan and related terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, CSL, HKT, and/or Now TV Limited reserve the final decision. |
| 3. | NETVIGATOR Broadband Service is provided by HKT, available to designated residential areas and subject to relevant terms and conditions. Please visit NETVIGATOR website: www.netvigator.com for further details. 2500M bandwidth specifications relating to a 2500M fibre broadband plan refer to network specifications in respect of the services to which you subscribe for the broadband line connected from the modem at the customer’s premises to the first piece of NETVIGATOR network equipment or central office of the broadband network. A 2500M fibre broadband plan provides maximum upstream and downstream bandwidth of 2.5Gbps. Actual speeds experienced will be less than the network specifications suggest and will be affected by the customer’s device, technology, network and software used, network configuration and coverage, usage levels, international bandwidth and other extraneous factors. 2500M fibre broadband service requires equipment to be compatible with 2500M specifications. |

| 5. | Now Signature Pack x Netflix (Standard Plan) (with a Set-Top Box) (“Entertainment Combo”) is an integral part of this Service Plan. Upon termination of this Service Plan, Entertainment Combo will be also terminated under the Service Plan. Entertainment Combo is only applicable to a customer who is new to both Netvigator and Now TV services who subscribes to dedicated Netvigator service plan in designated residential areas. Designated Commitment Period is required for a subscription to Entertainment Combo under this Service Plan. Entertainment Combo includes Now Signature Pack and Netflix Standard Plan. Upon subscription, Now TV will send a SMS notification about Netflix service redemption to the customer’s registered mobile number on the Entertainment Combo effective date. To activate Netflix service, the customer is required to complete the activation process by entering the required information at Netflix website through the designated activation link provided by Now TV. Customers may follow the instructions via SMS; customers may also complete the activation process on https://www.nowtv.now.com/nowtv-netflix. The commitment period of the service plans will commence on the date on which the SMS is sent out, whether the customer has activated the Netflix service or not. Customers can access the Netflix service via Channel 535 on a designated Now TV Set- Top Box (including Set-Top Box of H1, Now One, 6950, 6845) or the Netflix Website (www.netflix.com) or the Netflix App upon successful activation of the streaming service under the Entertainment Combo. Now TV will provide one of the above-mentioned models of Set-Top Boxes that is compatible with Netflix to the customers. Netflix Standard Plan under Entertainment Combo allows customers to watch on two (2) supported devices at a time in up to Full HD quality. The charge for this Service Plan is inclusive of installation charges and/or Now TV Set-Top Box SD/HD/4K Connection and Set-Top Box Rental service fee. Customers may enjoy Now TV services through a Now TV Set-Top Box, Now TV app (including Now TV app on mobile or smart televisions) and Now TV Website. Customer must provide an email address or mobile number for the purposes of creating and/or logging into the customer’s Now ID account in order to watch Now TV program content. All program content and matches are subject to cancellation and/or suspension by the rights holders and/or event organizers. Dates and times of all program content, matches and events may be subject to change from time to time. For all services plan and offer details, please inquire with Now TV sales representatives. In case of any dispute with Now TV service, the decision of Now TV Limited shall be final. In case of any dispute with Netflix service, the decision of Netflix Pte. Ltd. shall be final. The Netflix service is provided to customers by Netflix Pte. Ltd. (“Netflix”) under the Netflix Terms of Use, which will be provided to customers separately. In order to enjoy the Netflix service as part of Now Signature Pack x Netflix (Standard Plan) (with a Set-Top Box), customers will need to complete the Netflix activation process (Instructions will be provided separately). If a customer has an existing Netflix service account, the customer can link it to Now Signature Pack x Netflix (Standard Plan) (with a Set-Top Box) when the customer complete the Netflix activation process. A customer will continue to be charged separately for any existing Netflix service account until the customer link that account to Now Signature Pack x Netflix (Standard Plan) (with a Set-Top Box). For any queries regarding your billing with Netflix for your existing Netflix service account please contact Netflix directly. Cancellation of Netflix as part of Now Signature Pack x Netflix (Standard Plan) (with a Set-Top Box) will not automatically cancel any pre-existing linked Netflix service account and Netflix will automatically resume charging any existing method of payment of yours that Netflix has on file.
