When a customer is connected to multiple telephone lines, airtime will be calculated according to each line's exact call time during call waiting.

Call Conference Service available with selected handsets and airtime will be calculated according to each line's exact call time.

All fees are charged in Hong Kong Dollars.

Balance of any rebates will not be refunded if service is not in use.

Charging of IDD 1718 will be calculated in one minute unit. Charging of IDD 001 will be calculated on a six second basis. For details of roaming and IDD charges, please refer to 1O1O website.

CSL Limited reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the above rate plans and to make final decision in the event of dispute. Any variation to the content provisioning, charges and these terms and conditions will be made in accordance with the Mobile Service Agreement ("MSA").
