Terms and Conditions for the 5G Service Plan: $98/ 10GB Smart Pama Monthly Service Plan: |

Only applicable to customers aged 65 or above.

5G service is only applicable at designated locations with a compatible device. 3G/4.5G service is provided, if outside 5G service coverage.

5G Smart Pama Monthly Service Plan: includes 10GB monthly local data. Maximum up and download speeds for data access thereafter will be 128kbps. Actual speeds experienced will be considerably less than the network specifications and will be affected by Internet conditions, server speeds, network conditions, coverage, location, device used, hardware, software, usage levels and other factors.

Subscription to this Service Plan for 24 months or above Commitment Period is required. At the end of the contract, if the customer wants to continue using the service, the customer will be charged according to the current plan.

Default Do-Not-Disturb numbers may be updated or changed from time to time without prior notice and are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible or liable for the quality, nature, accuracy and usefulness of these numbers. Out of area calls, long distance calls, calls originating from public paid phone and Private Automatic Branch Exchange (PABX) cannot be blocked by the Service. Terms & conditions apply. If the customer needs to send a copy of the bill or reissue the bill, the customer shall pay the relevant fee.

Intra-network SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to 1O1O, csl and SUN Mobile customers and is subject to a monthly quota of 500 SMS units ("Quota"). MMS monthly quota is 200 per month, and ISMS monthly quota is 10. Inter-network SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to users of other Hong Kong networks. International SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to users of overseas networks. Within the monthly Quota, you can enjoy sending any Inter-network SMS at $0.6 per SMS and International SMS at $2 per SMS. The Inter-network SMS and International SMS will be counted towards the Quota. If the usage exceeds the Quota, the Thereafter Charge is $0.3 per Intra-network SMS; $0.6 per Inter-network SMS; and $2 per International SMS. Each SMS holds 160 English or 70 non-English characters, including spaces and punctuation marks. If the SMS contains both English and non-English characters, the limit of 70 characters shall apply. If your message exceeds this limitation, it will be transmitted in form of multiple SMS and each SMS will be charged.

Local Thereafter Charge for MMS: $2 per MMS.

The local Mobile Data service will stop when you use up the monthly local Mobile Data usage included in your Service Plan and will resume at the beginning of the next bill month.

Not all devices support SMS and/or other services included in the Service Plan. You should check whether your device is able to receive SMS and support any services included in the Service Plan.

Unless otherwise specified, Service Plan included usage applies to local use only.

Unless otherwise specified, Service Plan included usage will be calculated on a per minute basis. Any usage of less than one minute will be counted as one minute.

When you use the Call Waiting service and are connected to more than one telephone line, airtime will be calculated according to the total time spent on all connected lines during call waiting.

Any unused usage cannot be carried forward to the next bill month and will be forfeited at the end of each bill month.

For selected 5G service plan basic local data entitlement, your basic and top up entitlement support tethering and peer-to-peer (P2P) functions (such as Bit-Torrent). For customers with multiple or additional sim cards, only one sim card can support tethering and peer-to-peer (P2P) functions at a time. Any breach of these restrictions may lead to suspension of your service or additional charges by us.

If you terminate this Agreement before the expiry of the Commitment Period, the remaining balance of any Rebate or benefit will be absolutely forfeited to us immediately. In addition, you must pay the Early Termination Charge which is the sum of the monthly service fee for the remaining months of the Commitment Period.

You expressly understand and agree that your use of the Mobile Service is at your sole risk, and the Mobile Service is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis and that we expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We assume no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings or for any damage to your Mobile Equipment or any other equipment or device or loss of data that results from the download of any materials, data or information. You expressly relieve us from any and all liabilities arising from the access or use of any part of the Mobile Service.

In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall apply and prevail.

You can apply for this service plan if you are aged 65 or above by showing a valid identity card (Hong Kong or Macau) or passport.

1Gbps is our network specification for downlink of 4.5G network (with 75Mbps for uplink) provided via three sections of 20MHz continuous spectrum each, which is only available to designated locations with the use of a compatible device. Actual speeds that customers experience are less than the specifications and will be affected by the device used, locations, network conditions and other extraneous factors.

You can apply for this service plan if you are aged 65 or above by showing a valid identity card (Hong Kong or Macau) or passport. You have to provide valid identity document of the CSSA application and a proof of address issued within the last three months; or provide the first page of bank passbook that use to receive Old Age Living Allowance, relevant bank entry records and a proof of address issued within the last three months are also needed.

This service plan includes 5GB monthly local and roaming mobile data usage at the highest network specification for downlink of 21Mbps (with 7.5Mbps for uplink). Actual speed will be considerably slower and affected by Internet conditions, server speeds, network conditions, coverage, locations, device used, hardware, software and other factors.
