If you terminate the Service before the expiry of the commitment period for the Service, CSL will charge you early termination charges, which are the sum of the monthly fees for the remaining months of the commitment period for the Service. Please note your access to any program, channel and/or content on Now TV App can be terminated at any time without notice. The Now TV App can only be used on mobile devices running original and unmodified operating system versions iOS 7.0 or newer and Android 4.0 or newer. |

After subscribing to this service, the customer will become a Now TV customer, who will be entitled to add other Now TV packages (“Other Now TV Services”) via a Now TV Limited subscription. Now TV Limited will charge the customer for Other Now TV Services, which do not belong to this service. For details, please contact Now TV Limited. If a customer violates these Terms & Conditions or Now TV’s Terms & Conditions, and such violation results in Now TV Limited suspending or terminating set-top box service or Now TV App, then all services provided via the same Now TV service account (including this service or Other Now TV Services) will also be suspended or terminated. The combined monthly fee will be charged via a customer’s Now TV bill. If the customer’s Now TV service subscription is terminated for any reason, the csl/1O1O value-added service combination concerned will be terminated at the same time, and CSL and Now TV Limited shall not be held liable. |

If a customer’s NETVIGATOR service is made available via the same modem that is used for providing the Now TV service under the Service, is terminated for whatever reason, Now TV Limited may without liability to the Service Customer terminate the Service at the same time. |

In the event of inconsistency between the Terms & Conditions and Terms & Conditions set out in the Mobile Service Agreement, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail. |

19. |
The English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail over the Chinese version (if any) which is provided for information purposes only. |

20. |
In the event of any disputes, the decisions of CSL and Now TV Limited shall be final. |
