Terms and Conditions for NBA Premium (“This Offer”)
1. This Offer is valid until April 30, 2024 (the "Promotion Period").
2. This Offer is only applicable to existing csl, 1O1O, and Club Sim monthly service plan customers.
3. During the Promotion Period, existing csl, 1O1O, Club Sim customers who subscribe to Now TV NBA Pack and sign up for a commitment period of 24 months or above ("Eligible customers") can get 1 piece of NBA blind box or NBA Dragon Plush (the “Gift”) for free.
4. The Gift is randomly distributed.  Selection of the Gift is not allowed.
5. Eligible customers will receive the redemption SMS notification within 4 to 6 weeks. Eligible customers must follow the instructions stated in the redemption SMS to redeem the Gift.
6. The Gift is on a first-come-first-served basis while stock last.

Each eligible customer can enjoy the Offer once.
8. Unless otherwise stated, this Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional or discount offer and is non-transferable or non-exchangeable for cash or other products.
9. CSL Mobile Limited (“CSL”) is not the supplier of the Gift. CSL makes no representations or warranties in respect of any aspect and we assume no liability for any matter.

^Terms and Conditions for Now TV NBA Pack Monthly Offer
  Now TV NBA Pack Monthly Offer (“VAS Plan”):
1. Existing customers of csl, 1O1O, and Club Sim monthly services plan can enjoy a HK$68/month subscription to Now TV NBA Pack with a fixed commitment period. Existing Now TV customers (including those of Now TV selected packs subscribed through NETVIGATOR) who are currently subscribers of one of following packs: the Super Sports Pack Plus, Super Sports Pack, Soccer Pack, Sports Pack, Variety Sports Pack, beIN SPORTS Pack, beIN SPORTS Plus Pack and beIN SPORTS Super Pack. These customers may subscribe to the Now TV NBA Pack at HK$48/month with a fixed commitment period.
2. Now TV will broadcast selected National Basketball Association (“NBA”) games in Hong Kong on its pay TV platform for the coming three seasons, from 2023/2024 to 2025/2026. Please note that Now TV will select the games to be broadcasted at its discretion and Now TV does not guarantee broadcast of any specific NBA game. Customers can also catch up on selected NBA games that were broadcasted live on Now Sports 641 (CH.641) and NBA TV (CH.642) through the "On-Demand” Service. All program content and matches are subject to cancellation and/or suspension by the rights holders and/or event organizers. The dates and times of all aforementioned games and sporting events may be subject to change from time to time, please refer to official announcements by the rights holders and event organizers for the latest information.
3. The commitment period of this VAS Plan is 24/36 months and starts from the commencement date specified in the VAS Plan contract (if applicable) of the csl/1O1O or Club Sim monthly service plan.
4. This VAS Plan does not include a Now TV Set-Top Box, you will be able to access Now TV services by using the Now Apps (Now Player and Now TV App) and Now TV Website. You must register or log in Now ID account by your registered csl, 1O1O or Club Sim Postpaid mobile phone number to watch Now TV content. If you subscribe to this VAS Plan with a Set-Top Box service, you can receive the Now TV service through the Set-Top Box, you must register with your registered email address or log in to your Now ID account to watch Now TV program content.
5. During the validity period of the offer you subscribed, customers who successfully subscribe to this VAS Plan (“Customers with Value-Added Service”) can enjoy a Now TV selected broadcast channel package. For details on value-added service packages and value-added service selections, please refer to the Now TV service application form.

The monthly subscription fee of the VAS Plan will be billed through a csl, 1O1O or Club Sim Postpaid invoice.
7. To enjoy this VAS Plan, you must (i) subscribe the designated HK$48/ HK$68 Now TV NBA Pack monthly plan, and (ii) Sign up for a 24-month or 36-months commitment period. If you terminate the VAS Plan before the expiry of the commitment period, you must pay us an early termination fee, which is the total monthly fees for the remaining months of the commitment period. After the commitment period ends, the VAS Plan will continue to be provided to the customer at the same monthly fee until the customer provide Hong Kong Mobile Communications Limited 30 days prior notice (or other periods required by the VAS Plan contract of csl, 1O1O or Club Sim monthly service plan (if applicable) to cancel the subscription of the VAS Plan.
8. If any subscription under the VAS Plan is terminated, the VAS Plan will also be terminated and PCCW Media Limited (“PCCW”). and Hong Kong Mobile Communications Limited (“CSL”) shall not be responsible for such forfeiture.
9. This VAS Plan is provided by PCCW. CSL is not the supplier of the VAS Plan and makes no representation or guarantee as to its quality, and CSL does not assume any responsibility for any matters related to this VAS Plan.

This VAS Plan is subject to CSL’s terms of service ( https://www.hkcsl.com/en/service-terms-and-conditions/  ). CSL reserves the right to change or cancel this offer and/or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
12. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
13. In the event of any disputes, the decisions of CSL shall be final.
