Terms and Conditions:
1.	The Value Pack ("Service") is available to one2free Local Prepaid SIM Card Customers only and includes:
	a.	$0.03 per minute charge towards outgoing or incoming: Local voice and intra video calls to nominated mobile numbers (a number in Hong Kong beginning with the digit 5, 6, 9 including the numbers from other mobile operators in Hong Kong); and
	b.	$0.03 per minute charge towards outgoing or incoming: Local voice calls to nominated fixed line numbers (a number in Hong Kong beginning with the digit 2, 3)
	c.	Intra-network SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to other one2free prepaid customers, PCCW-HKT prepaid customers, 1O1O, csl and New World Mobility customers and is subject to a quota of 10,000 SMS units per 30 days ("Quota"). If the usage exceeds the Quota, the Thereafter Charge is $0.2 per Intra-network SMS. Inter-network SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to other Hong Kong networks. International SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to users of overseas networks. The Quota does not include Inter-network SMS and International SMS.
2.	When you subscribe to the Service, you can nominate a maximum of three local mobile or fixed line numbers ("Nominated Numbers") for the Service. You may change any of the Nominated Numbers anytime via our Customer Service Hotline. Prior to nominating numbers for the Service, you must inform the user(s) of the Nominated Mobile Numbers that his / her number(s) has been nominated for the Service and obtain his / her consent to be nominated. CSL Mobile Limited ("we / us") will not be responsible or liable your abuse or misuse of the Nominated Numbers.
3.	A confirmation SMS will be sent to Customers upon Service subscription and the Service will be activated instantly after receiving this confirmation.
4.	Once you have subscribed to the Service, $10 monthly Service fee will be deducted from your prepaid account automatically for every 30 days until you unsubscribe the Service.
5.	$0.03 per minute charge for local voice or intra video call are not applicable to calls to Nominated Number with prefix 133.
6.	Standard charges apply when you make outgoing or incoming voice and video calls to the Nominated Number whilst overseas.
7.	CSL Mobile Limited reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Service and to make the final decision in the event of dispute.

However, your network specification will be lowered to 128kbps. CSL Mobile Limited complies with OFCA’s Guidelines for the Implementation of Fair Usage Policy for the Provision of Mobile and Fixed Broadband Services and will not at any time cap your data network specification below 128kbps. You will receive an SMS notification once you have reached 15GB and the fair usage policy is in place. Actual speeds that customers experience are considerably less than the specifications and will be affected by the device used, locations, network conditions and other extraneous factors.
*	You may subscribe to multiple 30-day data passes simultaneously and the Local Mobile Data usage entitlements will be accumulated. The validity period of the data service passes will be counted from the time you subscribe to the last data pass. You may subscribe to multiple Hourly/Day/7-Day service passes simultaneously (fair usage policy applies). You may subscribe to Hourly/Day/7-Day and 30-Day data service passes simultaneously.
