1.	The Mobile Data and Voice Prepaid SIM Card will be activated upon USSD code subscription. The package value ($200 ) will be deducted from the stored-value automatically on the date of subscription. All service charges deducted from the stored-value of the Prepaid SIM Card will not be refunded. Each Prepaid mobile number can subscribe to the Package once only. Any unused usage cannot be carried forward to the next 30-day period and will be forfeited at the end of the respective period.
2.	You may subscribe to the Local Mobile Data Step-up Plan (“Step-up Plan”) after the local Mobile Data usage included in your Package has been used up. The validity period of the Step-up Plan is 30 days and it will be counted from the day you subscribe to the Step-up Plan. You may subscribe to multiple Step-up Plans simultaneously and the local Mobile Data usage entitlements will be accumulated. The validity period of the Step-up Plans will be counted from the time you subscribe to the last Step-up Plan.
3.	Intra-network SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to other 1O1O, csl and New World Mobility customers and is subject to a monthly quota of 10,000 SMS units ("Quota"). If the usage exceeds the Quota, the Thereafter Charge is $0.1 per Intra-network SMS. Inter-network SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to users of other Hong Kong networks. International SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to users of overseas networks. The Quota does not include Inter-network SMS and International SMS.
4.	For IDD calls, local airtime charge $0.1/min applies in addition to IDD charges and these charges are calculated on a per minute basis. For details on IDD charges, please visit our website www.one2free.com or call our hotline 179 179.
5.	Call charges apply to all calls connected.
6.	Validity of the Mobile Data and Voice Prepaid SIM Card will be extended for 90 days from the date of recharge upon single recharge of HK$50 or above.
7.	Actual speeds experienced may vary due to internet conditions, server speeds, network conditions, coverage, locations, the computer and device used, hardware, software, usage levels and other factors.

Remarks: Upon purchase of the iPhone Prepaid SIM Pack, the iPhone packaging will be opened for inspection and you must check immediately if there is any damage to the iPhone otherwise the iPhone cannot be exchanged. The iPhone will be activated via iTunes after your inspection.
