To join NETVIGATOR 1000M Fibre-to-the-Home Broadband Service (“NETVIGATOR Service”) with optional Now TV Service (“Now TV Service”) and a waiver of any service installation / activation fee of the these services of up to HK$680 (collectively, this “Offer”), you must:
|
a. |
Successfully subscribe to, renew or upgrade to, a designated csl / 1O1O 5G or 4.5G personal monthly plan with a 24-month or above commitment period (“Designated Plan”) at csl or 1O1O sales channel (except online shop) during the relevant promotion period; and |
|
b. |
Successfully subscribe to a designated NETVIGATOR Service (with or without Now TV Service) (collectively, “Services”) within 30 calendar days from service application date of your Designated Plan. |

2. |
In order to enjoy this Offer,
|
a. |
Your service installation address must be within the service coverage of NETVIGATOR Service; |
|
b. |
You must be a new NETVIGATOR consumer customer, whose service installation address has not been installed with any NETVIGATOR / LiKE1OO Broadband Service within 3 calendar months prior to your application of the NETVIGATOR Service; |
|
c. |
You must allow the service installation for the Services to be completed within 30 days from your application of the NETVIGATOR Service; and |
|
d. |
You must agree to enter into a separate designated contract with Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited (“HKT”) for the Services (“NETVIGATOR Contract”). |

3. |
Monthly fee within the 36-month commitment period of NETVIGATOR Service (with or without Now TV Service) is HK$78 (Public Housing / Home Ownership Scheme / HK$98 (Private Housing). Monthly fee of the Services for the first month within the commitment period will be waived. |

4. |
Monthly fees of the Services will be charged under your csl / 1O1O / Club Sim bills. All other charges in relation to the Services (e.g. service fees for any Extra Services) will be charged through your NETVIGATOR bills. |

5. |
If the service installation / activation fee payable for the Services exceeds HK$680, you are required to pay the difference. |

6. |
You may enjoy this Offer for one time only for each Designated Plan you subscribe to, and each service installation address is entitled to this Offer for one time only. |

NETVIGATOR Service is provided by HKT, available to designated residential areas and subject to relevant terms and conditions. For details, please visit NETVIGATOR website: www.netvigator.com. |

Now TV service is provided by PCCW Media Limited (“PCCW Media”), available to designated residential areas and subject to relevant terms and conditions. For details, please visit Now TV website: www.nowtv.now.com. |

* This offer is only available to new customers residing in designated estates whose service installation address has not been installed with any NETVIGATOR / LiKE1OO Broadband Service within 3 months prior to the application date. Bandwidth specification refers to network specifications of the services subscribed to for the broadband line connected from the modem at your premises to the first piece of NETVIGATOR network equipment or central office. For 1000M Broadband Service, bandwidth specification corresponds to a maximum downstream and upstream bandwidth of 1000Mbps. Actual speed experienced will be less than the network specifications and will be affected by your device, technology, network and software used, network configuration and coverage, usage levels, international bandwidth and extraneous factors. NETVIGATOR Broadband Service is provided by HKT, and is available only in designated residential areas, subject to the relevant terms and conditions. |

^ This offer is only available to designated new consumer customers in designated residential area whose service installation address has not been installed with any HKT Home Wi-Fi Service within 3 months prior to the service application date and with active and adequate broadband line/network. Customers subscribing to designated 24-month/36-month commitment period of HKT Broadband Service will be entitled to 24-month/36-month service fee waiver for designated Home Wi-Fi Service respectively. The network specification applies to the router supplied. Actual speed experienced by a customer will be less than the network specifications and wired network specifications and will be affected by many factors including network specifications of your router, network specifications of your service, layout of your apartment, device used, technology, network and software used, network configuration and coverage and international bandwidth, as well as other Wi-Fi interference and extraneous factors. Home Wi-Fi Service is provided by Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited. Service is only available in designated residential areas, subject to relevant terms and conditions. Home Wi-Fi performance depends on factors such as size of apartment, layout of premises, nature of construction materials and extraneous factors, as well as area of coverage specified by the customer. We may revise any of the terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice. The revised terms and conditions will be effective on the date of posting. |

# This offer is only available to designated new consumer customers in designated residential area (whose service installation address has not been installed with any NETVIGATOR / LiKE1OO Broadband Service within 3 months prior to the application date. Customers will be entitled to six-month service fee waiver for 2500M upgrade service. Bandwidth Specification refers to network specification of the subscribed Services for the broadband line connected from the modem at your premises to the first piece of network equipment or central office of the NETVIGATOR. For 2500M Fiber-to-the-Home Broadband Service, bandwidth specification corresponds to a maximum downstream and upstream bandwidth of 2.5Gbps respectively. The actual speed you experience using the services will be less than the network specifications and affected by your device, technology, network and software used, network configuration and coverage, usage levels, international bandwidth and other extraneous factors. |

If your Designated Plan is terminated for any reason, your Services will also be terminated at the same time. If your NETVIGATOR Service is terminated for any reason, your Now TV Service will also be terminated at the same time. If the termination is at any time during the commitment period of the Services, you will be required to pay the relevant Early Termination Charge for the terminated Services in accordance with your NETVIGATOR Contract, on top of any early termination and other charges payable for your terminated Designated Plan and other services in accordance with your existing csl / 1O1O contract. You are required to return all service provisioning equipment for the Services (including the modem and all accessories) in clean and good working condition to HKT’s designated location within 14 days from the service termination date. If you do not do so, you will be charged the relevant Lost or Damaged Equipment Fee (please see https://www.netvigator.com/eng/info/service-charge.html). |

13. |
If you cancel or terminate your Services (for Pre-Installation Service Plan) before installation of the Services or (for other Service Plan) before service activation date, you are required to pay HKT the Application Cancellation Charge as set out in the NETVIGATOR Contract. Once (for Pre-Installation Service Plan) the Services have been installed or (for other Service Plan) the Services have been activated, you may terminate your Services) by giving HKT not less than 30 days' prior notice by HKT’s designated means. |

CSL Mobile Limited (“CSL”) is not the provider of NETVIGATOR Service or Now TV Service. CSL makes no representation or guarantee as to any aspects of the Services and accepts no responsibility and liability for any matters arising from or in relation to the same. |

15. |
Unless otherwise stated, this Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional or discount offer, and are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash or other products. |

This Offer is subject to availability while stocks last. |

17. |
The General Terms and Conditions of CSL Mobile Limited apply (https://www.hkcsl.com/en/service-terms-and-conditions/) to the relationship between CSL and you in respect of the mobile service. |

CSL reserves the right to vary or cancel this Offer and/or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. |

19. |
In the event of dispute relating to this Offer, the decisions made by CSL, HKT and/or PCCW Media will be final and binding. |

20. |
In the event of inconsistency between the Terms & Conditions and Terms & Conditions set out in the Mobile Service Agreement, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail. |

21. |
The English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail over the Chinese version (if any) which is provided for information purposes only. |
