Terms and Conditions |

1. |
The promotion period of this offer is from 26 January 2022 to 31 May 2022, both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”). |

2. |
To enjoy a monthly service fee waiver for the first 12 months of NETVIGATOR 1000M Fiber-to-the-Home Broadband Service (“NETVIGATOR Service”) and a waiver of any service installation / activation fee of the NETVIGATOR Service of up to HK$680 (collectively, this “Offer”), you must:

(i). |
Successfully subscribe to, renew or upgrade, a designated csl 5G personal monthly plan with a 24-month or above commitment period (the “Designated 5G Plan(s)”) at csl or 1O1O sales channel (except online shop) during the Promotion Period; and |
|
(ii). |
Successfully subscribe to a designated NETVIGATOR Service within 14 calendar days from service application date of your Designated 5G Plan. |

3. |
In order to enjoy this Offer,
|
(i). |
Your service installation address must be within the service coverage of NETVIGATOR Service; |
|
(ii). |
You must be a new NETVIGATOR consumer customer, whose service installation address has not been installed with any NETVIGATOR/LiKE1OO Broadband Service within 3 calendar months prior to your application of the NETVIGATOR Service; |
|
(iii). |
You must allow the service installation for the NETVIGATOR Service to be completed within 60 days from your application of the NETVIGATOR Service; and |
|
(iv). |
You must agree to enter into a separate designated contract with Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited (“HKT”) for the NETVIGATOR Service (the “NETVIGATOR Contract”). |

4. |
You may enjoy this Offer for one time only for each Designated 5G Plan you subscribe to, and each service installation address is entitled to this Offer for one time only. |

5. |
NETVIGATOR Service is provided by HKT, available to designated residential areas and subject to relevant terms and conditions, including, without limitation, the prevailing version of the “General Conditions of Telecommunications Service (Consumer Customers); the “NETVIGATOR Broadband Terms and Conditions” and the “Special Conditions of NETVIGATOR Service for Consumer Customer”. Upon expiry of the first 12-month period of your NETVIGATOR Service, if your NETVIGATOR Service is not terminated and you have not renewed your NETVIGATOR Service with a new commitment period, HKT will continue to provide the NETVIGATOR Service to you on the same terms as per your existing NETVIGATOR Contract (except for the service fees) on a month-to-month (without commitment period) basis, subject to your payment of service fees at our then prevailing month-to-month (without commitment period) rate of the NETVIGATOR Service. |

7. |
CSL Mobile Limited (“CSL”) is not the provider of NETVIGATOR Service. CSL makes no representation or guarantee as to any aspects of NETVIGATOR Service and accepts no responsibility and liability for any matters arising from or in relation to the same. |

8. |
Unless otherwise stated, this Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional or discount offer, and are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash or other products. |

9. |
This Offer is subject to availability while stocks last. |
|
10. |
The General Terms and Conditions of CSL Mobile Limited (“CSL”) apply (https://www.hkcsl.com/en/service-terms-and-conditions/) to the relationship between CSL and you in respect of the mobile service. |

11. |
CSL reserves the right to vary or cancel this Offer and/or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. |

12. |
In the event of dispute relating to this Offer, the decisions made by CSL and/or HKT will be final and binding. |
