Please follow these steps to use PPS services:
Dial 18011 or go online www.ppshk.com
(merchant code = “9121”) to register
Recharge via phone or PPS website:
1. Dial 18031 with any tone-dialing phone or
2. Go to www.ppshk.com
3. Enter the 5-digit PPS phone password or
4. Logon with your PPS a/c no. and Internet password
5. Enter merchant code 9121
6. Enter your Mobile Number
7. Enter the recharge amount
8. Transaction completed and please record the
9. Payment Reference No. for future enquiry

Minimum and maximum recharge amounts for Instant PPS Recharge are HK$50 and HK$300 respectively. The recharge value will be credited into your Prepaid SIM Card.

Minimum amount of recharge via phone or PPS website is HK$50. The recharge value will be credited into your Prepaid SIM Card within 2 working days and will be reflected in your monthly bank statement.

For any disputes on PPS recharge, please visit 1O1O Center or csl shops and present the Payment Reference No. / bank book/ bank statement within 30 days after transaction.
