The first 30 selected csl consumer customers who successfully subscribed and installed a designated Smart Charge Monthly Subscription Plan Service with not less than 36-month commitment period at a monthly fee of at least HK$680 with promo code “CSLSC2024” during the Promotion Period, will receive a HK$3,000 The Club Shopping e-Coupon and a designated Smart Charge Car Vacuum Cleaner for free (this “Promotion”).  Relevant terms and conditions apply.
 
Terms and Conditions
1. This Promotion is valid from 11 June 2024 to 15 July 2024, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
2. This Promotion is only applicable to selected csl consumer customers who have received the designated promotional MMS from csl (“Selected Customers”) and is only applicable to designated residential estates.
3. The first 30 Selected Customers who successfully subscribed and installed a designated Smart Charge Monthly Subscription Plan Service with not less than 36-month commitment period at a monthly fee of at least HK$680 (“Designated Service”) with promo code “CSLSC2024” during the Promotion Period (“Eligible Customer”) will receive a HK$3,000 The Club Shopping e-Coupon and a designated Smart Charge Car Vacuum Cleaner for free (collectively, the “Offer”).
4. Smart Charge will send a SMS to Eligible Customers’ registered mobile phone approximately 4 to 6 weeks after successful installation of the Designated Service.  The SMS will contain a redemption code for the HK$3,000 The Club Shopping e-Coupon and instructions on how to redeem and use the e-Coupon.  Eligible Customers are required to redeem the e-Coupon as per the relevant instructions in the SMS within the relevant period, failing which the e-Coupon will lapse and Eligible Customers will not be compensated in any way.  Smart Charge will courier a designated Car Vacuum Cleaner to Eligible Customer’s billing address within the said 4-6 week period. 
5. The use of the e-Coupon is subject to the "Terms and Conditions for the HK$3,000 The Club Shopping e-Coupon” (please see below).
6. This Offer is subject to availability while stocks last.
7. Each Eligible Customer, as counted by each service installation address, can enjoy the Offer under this Promotion for one time only.
8. Unless otherwise stated, the Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional or discount offer and are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash or other products.
9. If the Designated Plan is terminated prior to the expiry of the relevant commitment period for any reason, Eligible Customers will be required to pay HK$1,200 for the value of the e-Coupon and the Vacuum Cleaner under the Offer.
10. The e-Coupon under the Offer is provided by Club HKT Limited (“The Club”), and the Vacuum Cleaner under the Offer is not manufactured by Smart Charge or csl.  Smart Charge and csl make no representation or guarantee to any aspect of the Offer (including but not limited to their quality) and shall not in any way be liable to any matters in relation to the Offer.  No compensation shall be forthcoming under any circumstances.]  For enquires about e-Coupon under the Offer, please contact The Club directly.  For enquires about the Vacuum Cleaner under the Offer, please contact Smart Charge.

12. Smart Charge and csl reserve the right to vary or cancel this Promotion and/or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.  The Club reserve the right to amend the "Terms and Conditions for the HK$3,000 The Club Shopping e-Coupon” at any time without notice.
13. In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.  In the event of dispute in relation to this Promotion, Smart Charge’s decisions shall be final.  In the event of dispute in relation to the redemption or use of the e-Coupon, The Club’s decisions shall be final.
