This Promotion is valid from 7 March 2025 to 30 June 2025, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).  The service activation for the subscribed Smart Charge service under this Promotion must be completed by 30 September 2025. 2. To become an eligible customer for the offer under this Promotion, you must be a selected csl consumer customer who has received the designated promotional MMS or WhatsApp message regarding this Promotion from csl during the Promotion Period (“Selected Customer”). 3. The first 30 Selected Customers who successfully subscribed and installed a designated Smart Charge Monthly Subscription Plan Service with not less than 36-month commitment period at a monthly fee of at least HK$807 (“Designated Plan”) with promo code “CSLSC2025” during the Promotion Period (“Eligible Customer”) will receive a HK$3,000 csl Handset and Handset Accessory e-Gift Voucher for free (“Offer”).  In addition to the monthly service fee, customers are also required to pay one month's service fee prepayment, installation fee (if applicable), and deposit.  Please refer to the relevant monthly subscription plans: https://www.smartcharge.com.hk/eng/services/subscription.html. 4. Installation of electric vehicle charger network infrastructure is subject to feasibility and approval from the relevant Building Management Office / representative and the relevant Government department(s).  For details of the Designated Plans, please call the Smart Charge customer service hotline in MMS.  Customers may also reply to the said WhatsApp message and CSL Mobile Limited (“CSL”) will arrange Smart Charge representative to contact the customer accordingly. 5. Smart Charge will send an SMS to Eligible Customers’ registered mobile phone approximately 4 to 6 weeks after successful installation of the Designated Plan.  The SMS will contain a redemption code for the HK$3,000 csl Handset and Handset Accessory e-Gift Voucher and instructions on how to redeem and use the e-Gift Voucher.  Eligible Customers are required to redeem the e-Gift Voucher as per the relevant instructions in the SMS within the relevant period, failing which the e-Gift Voucher will lapse and Eligible Customers will not be compensated in any way.  6. The use of the e-Gift Voucher is subject to the "Terms and Conditions for the HK$3,000 csl Handset and Handset Accessory e-Gift Voucher” (please see below). 7. The e-Gift Vouchers are subject to availability, and will be provided on a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last. 8. Each Eligible Customer, as counted by each service installation address, can enjoy the Offer under this Promotion for one time only. 9. Unless otherwise stated, this Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional or discount offer and are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash or other products. 10. If the Designated Plan is terminated prior to the expiry of the relevant commitment period for any reason, Eligible Customers will be required to pay HK$3,000 for the value of the e-Gift Voucher under the Offer. 11. In the event of dispute in relation to this Promotion, Smart Charge’s decisions shall be final.  In the event of dispute in relation to the redemption or use of the e-Gift Voucher, CSL’s decisions shall be final. 15. In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.  Terms and Conditions for the HK3,000 csl Handset and Handset Accessory e-Gift Voucher 1. This e-Gift Voucher is valid from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025, both days inclusive. 2. This e-Gift Voucher can be used only for the purchase of designated handsets, tablets and handset accessories at their suggested retail prices (not applicable to designated Apple products).  For the details, please check with csl staff. 3. This e-Gift Voucher can be used only at any csl shops (except K11 MUSEA, Maritime Square, East Point City, Sham Mong Road, Cityplaza, Fanling Town Center, Tin Yiu Plaza).  For the addresses of csl shops in various districts, please refer to https://www.hkcsl.com/en/shop/. 4. This e-Gift Voucher can be used only for purchase and full payment of designated items and no change will be given. 5. This e-Gift Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, promotions, e-Gift Vouchers, gift vouchers or credit card interest-free installment plan. 6. This e-Gift Voucher cannot be transferred nor exchanged for cash or other products. 7. To redeem this e-Gift Voucher, customer has to present valid proof of identity for validation. 8. This e-Gift Voucher will not be re-issued in the event of loss or expiry. 9. Incomplete, damaged or printed e-Gift Vouchers will not be accepted. 10.
