Things to know before you buy:

1. Your Application and VAS Package Menu and Service Guide explain the mobile service, value added services or optional services you have subscribed to (the "Service") and any applicable charges including your monthly charges, usage based charge (such as IDD and international roaming, top-up data packages) as well as MTR/tunnel/Mobile Licence/Administration Fee of $18 per month (if applicable), and the entities responsible for providing those Services. Additional information about your Service and the address of our stores can be found on our website at www.hkcsl.com or our SME customer service hotline at 3922 6123.

2. Your Commitment Period (if any) will be described in your Application. You can terminate the service by giving us at least 30 days' prior notice. If you do so before the expiry of the Commitment Period, then you will need to pay the early termination charges described in the Application, and we may charge you for the full value of the premiums you received. We may amend or terminate the contract at anytime, but if it causes you material disadvantage or if it results in an increase in your monthly charges you have a right to terminate the Mobile Service without incurring any early termination charges.

Terms and Conditions for the SME Ultra 375* Service Plan
* 375Mbps is our network specification for downlink of 4G LTE-A network (with 50Mbps for uplink) provided via two sections of 20MHz continuous 4G spectrum each and one section of 10MHz 4G spectrum, which is only available to designated locations with the use of a compatible CAT 9 device. Actual speeds that customers experience are less than the specifications and will be affected by the device used, locations, network conditions and other extraneous factors. Compares to other commercially launched mobile networks available to customer in Hong Kong as of 20 June 2016.

(1) Device Connection: You are required to subscribe to this Service Plan and designated Value Added Service(s) of not less than $39 (if applicable) per month simultaneously for a designated Commitment Period .  If your selected VAS is terminated or cancelled at any time within the Commitment Period, you will have to select another VAS so that the total monthly fee of VAS subscribed by you shall not be less than $39 (if applicable) per month.  Prepayment (amount depending on your chosen device and Service Plan subscription) is required and the prepayment amount will be credited into your csl account by installments during the Commitment Period. 
(2) SIM Connection: Subscribe to this Service Plan for a designated Commitment Period is required.
(3) You are required to pay a MTR/Tunnels/Mobile License/Administration Fee of $18 per month.  
(4) Intra-network SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to 1O1O, csl and SUN Mobile customers and is subject to a monthly quota of 10,000 SMS units ("Quota"). Inter-network SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to users of other Hong Kong networks. International SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to users of overseas networks. Within the monthly Quota, you can enjoy sending any Inter-network SMS at $0.6 per SMS and International SMS at $2 per SMS. The Inter-network SMS and International SMS will be counted towards the Quota. If the usage exceeds the Quota, the Thereafter Charge is $0.2 per Intra-network SMS; $0.8 per Inter-network SMS; and $3 per International SMS. Each SMS holds 160 English or 70 non-English characters, including spaces and punctuation marks. If the SMS contains both English and non-English characters, the limit of 70 characters shall apply. If your message exceeds this limitation, it will be transmitted in form of multiple SMS and each SMS will be charged.
(5) Local Thereafter Charge for MMS: $2 per MMS.
(6) The local Mobile Data service will stop when you use up the monthly local Mobile Data usage included in your Service Plan and will resume at the beginning of the next bill month. 
(7) Not all devices support SMS and/or other services included in the Service Plan. You should check whether your device is able to receive SMS and support any services included in the Service Plan.
(8) Unless otherwise specified, Service Plan included usage applies to local use only. 
(9) Unless otherwise specified, Service Plan included usage will be calculated on a per minute basis.  Any usage of less than one minute will be counted as one minute. 
(10) When you use the Call Waiting service and are connected to more than one telephone line, airtime will be calculated according to the total time spent on all connected lines during call waiting. 
(11) Any unused usage cannot be carried forward to the next bill month and will be forfeited at the end of each bill month.  
(12) 1,000Mbps is the network specification for Wi-Fi 802.11ac only applicable to selected csl Wi-Fi hotspots in limited locations. However, the actual speeds experienced by customers using those hotspots are considerably less than the network specifications and will be affected by user’s mobile device (e.g. number of antenna equipped), network coverage and usage, international bandwidth and other extraneous factors. 
(13) Tap & Go Payment Service is only applicable to csl postpaid customers registered with HKID, with designated NFC-enabled handset. Tap & Go Payment Service is subject to Terms and Conditions of HKT Payment Limited. For details, please visit www.tapngo.com.hk. (14) Using KingKing with Wi-Fi connectivity will result in no charge for (i) Making voice calls to any Hong Kong phone number, or (ii) Receiving voice calls using KingKing, or (iii) Making or receiving video calls via KingKing while in Hong Kong or overseas. (15) You can earn Clubpoints from your eligible spending on services such as mobile and fixed-line communications, as well as other offerings. These Clubpoints can be redeemed for fabulous items and services. You can also earn Clubpoints as a business customer, and you can add one or even more BR on your individual membership. (16) 3-month WeChat Data Package: WeChat Data Package provides local mobile data for using some designated WeChat features. The VAS will be cancelled automatically after the 3-month free period. To continue using the VAS, you are required to subscribe to the VAS again. The fee of WeChat Data Package is $8 per month, subject to change from time to time. (17) The additional 10GB data package with a service commitment period of 24 months is only applicable to customers on the 10GB Handset Plan or 10GB SIM Only Plan. After the aggregate mobile data have been used up, the customer’s mobile data service will be temporarily suspended, until subscription of Thereafter Data (at HK$28/200MB or HK$50/1GB) for that billing month. Customers need to give a 30-day notice to the company for terminating the data package, and if the data package is terminated during the commitment period, customer shall pay to the Company the early termination charges. Our Company reserves the right for final decision to this offer and changes the terms and conditions without prior notice. 
(20) The Service Charge for DataRoam Day Pass is HK$198 per SIM Card, per day and per Applicable Roaming Destination. A day means 00:00 to 23:59 Specified Time Difference (STD) of the visited Applicable Roaming Destination. The cut-off time for each day is 23:59 STD regardless of when you first used Mobile Data at the Applicable Roaming Destination. For STD, please refer to http://e.hkcsl.com/drdp for details. You may only use the DataRoam Day Pass via the Applicable Operators of the Applicable Roaming Destinations as from time to time updated on our website (http://e.hkcsl.com/drdp).  The DataRoam Day Pass applies to roaming Mobile Data usage such as Blackberry Services, Internet Browsing, Roaming MMS, WAP and tethering but excludes BitTorrent, Peer to Peer file sharing (such as FTP file sharing and webcam applications) and Peer Casting type applications (such as PPLive and PPStream).  The Service Charge of the DataRoam Day Pass is subject to change from time to time and you will be charged the Service Charge prevailing at the day of your use of the DataRoam Day Pass.  Terms and conditions of the DataRoam Day Pass apply, for details please refer to our website http://e.hkcsl.com/drdp..
(21) IDD allows you to make international calls in Hong Kong. For details, please refer to http://e.hkcsl.com/idd.
(22) IDD and International Roaming 
  - Upon subscription to IDD & International Roaming Service, we will provide you IDD, voice roaming, Mobile Data roaming, international Wi-Fi roaming and “Special Rate for Data Roaming”.
  - IDD allows you to make international calls in Hong Kong. For details, please refer to http://e.hkcsl.com/idd.
  - International Roaming allows you to use voice, SMS service and Mobile Data while International Wi-Fi Roaming allows you to use Wi-Fi service via selected hotspots outside Hong Kong. For details, please refer to http://e.hkcsl.com/wificm
  - “Special Rate for Data Roaming” is a Mobile Data roaming at discounted rates for designated countries. For details, please refer to http://e.hkcsl.com/sprdata 
(23) IDD 0060
  - Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited (“HKT”) provides IDD 0060 Services.  For charges and enquiries, please call 10060.
  - If you are a new mobile 0060 customer (if applicable), you will be entitled to 30 free minutes per month for the first 2 months for calls made to any mobile/fixed-line telephone numbers in China, USA, Canada, and any fixed-line telephone numbers in United Kingdom and Australia (except numbers with prefixes “56”, “7”, “8” or “9” in the UK).  You will receive a confirmation if you are entitled to these free minutes.
  - If your account (IDD 0060 customer number) has more than 1 registered mobile number, the free minutes will be shared among all registered mobile numbers.  Unused monthly free minutes cannot be carried forward to the subsequent month.  Each customer (under same customer number) can enjoy up to 90 free IDD minutes per month.
  - Free minutes are offered on a per-minute basis.  Each individual call will be rounded up to the nearest 10 cents.
  - For IDD 0060 calls to other destinations, different calling rates apply.  Please call hotline 10060 for details. 
  - After the free IDD entitlement is used up, HK$0.23 per minute within the first 2 months of the commencement date and HK$0.28 per minute from the 3rd month onwards will apply until further notice for IDD 0060 calls to the above destinations from the registered mobile number(s).  
  - Separate bills will be issued by HKT for your IDD 0060 Service and by CSL Mobile Limited 香港移動通訊有限公司 for your CSL mobile Services and all other relevant Services subscribed by you under your Mobile Application. 
  - You must inform HKT within 24 hours if you cease to be the registered customer for the mobile number(s) registered for the IDD 0060 Service.  Otherwise, you will remain responsible for all usage charges incurred through the use of IDD 0060 Service via such mobile number(s).  Without limitation to HKT’s other rights to terminate and suspend the IDD 0060 Service, where you cease to be the registered customer for the registered mobile number(s), HKT reserves the right to immediately terminate the provision of the IDD 0060 Service to you in respect of that telephone number(s).
(24) Terms and conditions of the services included in the Service Plan (if any and if applicable) apply, for details please refer to our website www.hkcsl.com. 
(25) We reserve the right to terminate or change these Service Plans, offers or terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Please refer to our website www.hkcsl.com or visit our shops for the latest version.  We reserve the right to make the final decision in the event of any dispute.
(26) Top-up Data Package
  - The Top-up Data Package is applicable to selected Service Plan(s) only. 
  - The fee of the Top-up Data Package is subject to change from time to time and you will be charged the fee prevailing at the time of your subscription.
  - Any unused usage cannot be carried forward to the next bill month and will be forfeited at the end of that bill month.
  - The local Mobile Data service will stop when you use up the local Mobile Data usage included in your Top-up Data Package and the service will resume in the next bill month or when you subscribe to another Top-up Data Package. 
  - We reserve the right to terminate or change this Top-up Data Package or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice and to make the final decision in the event of any dispute. 
(27) Respective Value-Added Services are applicable to designated handset models/OS. 
(28) Service Plan included IDD Minutes only apply to voice calls made in Hong Kong to the following 13 destinations: China, Macau, Taiwan, USA, Canada, UK, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, South Korea, Philippines and Australia but excludes voice calls made to premium numbers (being numbers other than normal fixed and mobile numbers, e.g. infoline numbers or special service numbers, where premium rates may apply to calls to these premium numbers) and satellite numbers of these destinations. (29) The Office-To-Go app (Full version) with eFax service required to subscribe to this Service for a Commitment Period of 24 months. The above service not available to prepaid SIM-card users. Office-To-Go App with eFax service Monlthy fee as $49 per month (Commitment Period of 24 months) Office-To-Go App is compatible only with certain handsets models. Provision of this service is restricted by the terms of use of csl. The eFax Service (“eFax”) is provided by Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited (“HKT”) to the Customer for purposes related to the Customer’s trade or business only. Customer using the eFax in Office-To-Go shall constitute its agreement to be bound by all the term and conditions (i) Office-To-Go Terms & Conditions; (ii) the Special Conditions for Business Netvigator Service (available at http://www.biz.netvigator.com); and (iii) HKT General Conditions of Service (available at www.hkt.com/Terms+of+Use) . In case of inconsistency, the inconsistency will be resolved in the descending order of preference set out aforesaid. Office-To-Go lite version includes Doc Scanner, PDF Manager, Snap to Cloud and Web to PDF. Customer can upgrade to full version with eFax (10,000 outgoing eFax per month and dedicated eFax number to receive incoming fax (include 30MB eFax storage)). (30) Piggy Bank Data Carry Forward Service:
  - Piggy Bank Service is applicable to customers of designated Ultra 375 service plan users (exclude customer who is using a SIM card with network code 45400 and 45410 as it does not support "Piggy Bank" Data Carry Forward Service ). 
  - Piggy Bank Service is applicable to subscribers of designated Ultra 375 service plan users (including SIM/handset service plans, Multi-User Service Plans and iPhone/ iPad Service Plans. This service is not applicable to all complimentary SIM service plan (including but not limited to Free Tap & Go SIM card with 12 months/6 months 6GB data service plans and Nevigator complimentary SIM service plans), Ultra 300 service plan with 6 months commitment periods, Pet Tracking Service Package and SmartBand Tracking Service Package.
  - The monthly service fee is $48 for subscription to a commitment period.  Customer must subscribe to the commitment period aligning with the service plan. Upon subscription to this service, any remaining local data entitlement will be carried forward to the next billing month up to the end of the commitment period of your Service Plan. All remaining local data entitlement will be forfeited upon thereafter.
  - Free-to-Go customers can also subscribe to Piggy Bank Service at a monthly fee of $68 and maximum local data entitlement balance to be carried forward is 30GB.
  - If you change your service plan, all remaining local data entitlement will be forfeited.
  - Piggy Bank Service is not among the designated VAS for selection in respect of  Handset Plan subscription (if applicable).
  - You can terminate Piggy Bank Service by giving us at least 30 days' prior notice all remaining local data entitlement will be forfeited without any compensation.
(31) Special Terms and Conditions for Capacity Data Package:
  - Piggy Bank Service is applicable to customers of designated Ultra 375 service plan users (exclude customer who is using a SIM card with network code 45400 and 45410 as it does not support "Piggy Bank" Data Carry Forward Service ). 
  i. Your subscription to the Capacity Data Package (“Service”) is subject to the terms and conditions of the Mobile Service Agreement and these Special Terms and Conditions.
  ii. You can enjoy this Service by subscribing or currently using our designated 6GB or above data usage entitlement mobile Service Plan. If you are already our customer, we will align the Commitment Period of the Service with your monthly mobile Service Plan. If there is no Commitment Period of your monthly mobile Service Plan, the Commitment Period of this Service is 24 months.
  iii. When monthly Mobile Data usage reaches the data entitlement of your monthly Service Plan, you can continue to use the Mobile Data service without speed throttling. However, you will be allocated with less network resources for access subject to the prevailing network conditions and your service experiences may be affected.
  iv. This Service cannot be used in conjunction with certain types of services which may be subject to changes from time to time. For details, please call our customer service hotline on 25 123 123.
  v. The actual speed that you experience will be considerably less than the network specifications and will be affected by internet conditions, server speeds, network conditions, coverage, locations, the device used, hardware, software, usage levels and other factors.
  vi. If you choose to terminate the Service before expiry of the Commitment Period for whatever reasons, you must pay us an Early Termination Charge equal to the Monthly Service Package Charge for the remaining months of the Commitment Period immediately.
(32) Special Terms and Conditions for Speed Data Package:
  - Piggy Bank Service is applicable to customers of designated Ultra 375 service plan users (exclude customer who is using a SIM card with network code 45400 and 45410 as it does not support "Piggy Bank" Data Carry Forward Service ). 
  1. Your subscription to the Speed Data Package (previously known as “The additional 10GB data package”) (“Service”) is subject to the terms and conditions of the Mobile Service Agreement and these Special Terms and Conditions.
  2. You can enjoy this Service by subscribing or currently using our designated 10GB data usage entitlement of the mobile Service Plan. If you are already our customer, we will align the Commitment Period of the Service with your monthly mobile Service Plan. If there is no Commitment Period of your monthly mobile Service Plan, the Commitment Period of this Service is 24 months.
  3. Upon subscription to this Service, you are entitled to have an additional 10GB local mobile data usage entitlement.
  4. This Service cannot be used in conjunction with certain types of services which may be subject to changes from time to time. For details, please call our customer service hotline on 25 123 123.
  5. The actual speed that you experience will be considerably less than the network specifications and will be affected by internet conditions, server speeds, network conditions, coverage, locations, the device used, hardware, software, usage levels and other factors.
  6. If you choose to terminate the Service before expiry of the Commitment Period for whatever reasons, you must pay us an Early Termination Charge equal to the Monthly Service Package Charge for the remaining months of the Commitment Period immediately.
