2024 Flagship Handset Prestige Pass Terms and Conditions

1. 2024 Flagship Handset Prestige Pass (“Prestige Pass”) is offered by us, CSL Mobile Limited (“CSL”), for designated consumer customers and is valid for 180 days from the date of issuance.
2. Customer can use the Prestige Pass to preorder one standalone device of the designated flagship handset to be launched in 2024 (“Designated Handset”) via a pre-order page of the Designated Handset.
3. Eligible customer can only get one Prestige Pass for each of his/her csl service (“Eligible Account(s)”). Each Prestige Pass can only be used once for preordering one Designated Handset. Prestige Pass is provided with limited quantity and is available on a first-come-first-served basis.
4. Customer must download and login to the csl app with the Eligible Account to receive the Prestige Pass (under “My Wallet” in the app).
5. Possessing a Prestige Pass does not mean that a customer has signed up for the waiting list to purchase a Designated Handset. When the Designated Handset is launched, customer must pre-order the Designated Handset via a pre-order page of the Designated Handset, at which customer should enter the Prestige Pass number.
6. When customer purchases a Designated Handset, he/she must present the Prestige Pass in the csl app with a valid identify proof of the registered customer of the Eligible Account. If the customer’s Eligible Account has been suspended or terminated, the Prestige pass will become invalid. Prior to redeeming the Prestige Pass to purchase the Designated Handset, customer should settle any outstanding payment of the Eligible Account.
7. Supply of Designated Handsets is dependent on stock provided by suppliers. We do not in any way guarantee that any customer with a Prestige Pass will be able to successfully purchase a Designated Handset, nor are we able to confirm the date of Designated Handsets becoming available.
8. Prestige Pass is non-transferrable and can only be used by the registered customer of the Eligible Account.
9. Unless otherwise stated, this Prestige Pass offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional or discount offer and is non- exchangeable for cash or other products.
10. Expired or lost Prestige Pass will not be reissued, and no form of compensation will be forthcoming. We do not accept any printed copies of Prestige Pass.
11. We are not the supplier or manufacturer of any Designated Handsets. We make no representation or guarantee to any aspect of any Designated Handsets (including but not limited to their quality) and shall not in any way be liable to any matters in relation thereto. No compensation shall be forthcoming under any circumstances.
12. The General Terms and Conditions of CSL Mobile Limited apply (https://www.hkcsl.com/en/general-terms-and-conditions-of-hkcslcom/) to the relationship between CSL and you in respect of this Prestige Pass offer and the goods and services of CSL.
13. We reserve the right to vary or cancel this Prestige Pass offer and the Prestige Pass and/or amend these Terms and Conditions and any terms and conditions in respect of the use of the Prestige Pass at any time without notice.
14. In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. In the event of dispute in relation to Prestige Pass, our decisions shall be final.
