Complimentary Data Roaming Pass Package – Top Asia Pacific 50 Passes
By newly subscribing to designated NETVIGATOR Broadband Service with not less than a 36-month commitment period at the Hong Kong Holiday & Travel Expo 2024, and complete the service installation within 60 days from the application date, customers with active 1O1O / csl. / Club Sim postpaid mobile number will be entitled to a complimentary Data Roaming Pass Package – Top Asia Pacific 50 Passes, subject to the following terms and conditions, which shall form part of the customer’s NETVIGATOR Broadband Service contract.
 
Terms and Conditions
1. This offer of Complimentary Data Roaming Pass Package – Top Asia Pacific 50 Passes (“this Offer”) is valid from 22 to 25 February 2024, both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”) at the Hong Kong Holiday & Travel Expo 2024 while stocks last.
2. This Offer is only applicable to new consumer customers whose service installation address has not been installed with any NETVIGATOR/LiKE1OO Broadband Service at any time within 3 months prior to the application date and who has an active 1O1O / csl. / Club Sim postpaid mobile number (“Mobile Number”).
3. To enjoy this Offer, customers must (i) subscribe to designated NETVIGATOR Broadband Service with not less than a 36-month commitment period during the Promotion Period at the Hong Kong Holiday & Travel Expo 2024; and (ii) allow us, Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited (“HKT”), to complete the service installation within 60 days from the application date.
4. NETVIGATOR Broadband Service is provided by HKT, and is only available in designated residential areas in Hong Kong, subject to relevant terms and conditions.  For details, please visit NETVIGATOR website: www.netvigator.com.
5. After successful installation of NETVIGATOR Broadband Service, eligible customers will receive a service notice by SMS at their Mobile Number within around 7 working days.  Customers are required to redeem one set of Data Roaming Passes under this Offer (containing 50 pieces of Data Roaming Passes for 11 designated destinations) as per the instructions in the SMS.
6. Each eligible Mobile Number will only be entitled to receive one set of Data Roaming Passes under this Offer.
7. Unless otherwise stated, this Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional or discount offer.  This Offer and the Data Roaming Passes under this Offer are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash or other products.

9. This Offer is organised by us, HKT.  The Data Roaming Passes under this Offer is provided by CSL Mobile Limited (“CSL”), and we make no representation or guarantee whatsoever to any aspect of the Data Roaming Passes and shall not be held responsible or liable for any matters whatsoever in relation to the same.
10. We reserve the right to vary or cancel this Offer (including but not limited to amending these Terms and Conditions) at any time without notice.
11. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF USE, DATA, BUSINESS OR PROFITS) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY PERSON’S PARTICIATION IN THIS OFFER, WHETHER SUCH LIABILITY ARISES FROM ANY CLAIM BASED UPON CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER OR NOT A PARTICIPANT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBLITY OF SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGE.
12. In the event of any dispute in connection with this Offer, our decision shall be final, binding and conclusive.  In the event of any dispute in connection with the use of any Data Roaming Passes under this Offer, CSL’s decision shall be final, binding and conclusive.
13. These Terms and Conditions are subject to the law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.
